I'm kinda wondering the logic behind making Sledge Follow Up a Fatal...You can't punish with it unless you have the most amazing spacing ever and while it may be faster, its still pretty telegraphed given its the only thing he can do after Sledge...So pretty much its just a gimmick at this point.

Uhh I kinda explained it all in the first post about it. While its rather situational, in some cases it could be more worth it to RC it and take less damage as you gain back a lot of heat for it. Its a give and take kind of thing.

So I was kinda trolling around in Training mode and I stumbled upon an interesting FC combo. Not sure if it was known or not but I may as well put it up and explain it! NOTE: Requires 100 meter FC2C>MTW>RC>Walk>6C>j.2C>2B>ASledge>5C>AC>[bSledge>Spark>2C>AC]or[bGadget] NON Magnetism only. DMG:5580 Heat Gain:41 Magnetized Variant: FC2C>MTW>RC>ACWhiff>6C>j.2C>2B>ASledge>5C>6A>2C>AC>Spark>2C>AC DMG:5613 Heat Gain:41 BONUS: Double MTW combo: Facing Corner/Mag only. 100 Heat: FC2C>MTW>2B>ASledge>5C>6A>2C>[6C>Spark>MTW>Gadget]or[6C>Spark>2C>AC] 6C>Spark>MTW>Gadget DMG:6493 Heat Gain:31 6C>Spark>2C>AC DMG:5644 Heat Gain:48 So this is all a result of me being sleep deprived and trolling Bang in Training Mode. I randomly did MTW>RC>ACWhiff>Spark and noticed it hit and thought "Hmmm...I smell new combos" So the first 2 combos are pretty simple once you get the FC>MTW down. you wanna delay it so you get all the hits of MTW as that gives you the most damage overall. But what I like about these instead of Terra Break finishers is that you can get heat back from the combo! Now yes, its a pretty situational idea but just knowing you have the ability to get 40 heat back from it while only losing about 500 damage from the Terra Break is pretty fucking awesome to me. But again, fairly situational to something along the lines of you being godly at IB'ing Arakune bug blockstrings and him having a good chunk of life left. As for the Double MTW combos, I was experimenting with the first combos and realized that I do the MTW>2B tech trap in the corner a lot so I figured I'd try the 2B>ASledge FC Gatling and it worked into my usual FC combo filler into another MTW WITH Gadget ending. Best part is for this, you don't need Spark! After the AC, its still untechable so you can ACWhiff>MTW>Gadget if you don't have Spark! Or you could go for max heat and setup the exact same thing if the enemy messes up thanks to the 48 heat gained from it:keke: But yeah...Fruits of my boredom. Figured I'd inform people on the silly-ness of it. EDIT: For the Double MTW combos, you can do a non-mag variant by doing this: FC2C>MTW>2B>ASledge>2B>2C>AC>6C>Spark>MTW>Gadget EDIT2:Edal pointed out my scrubby zombie typing error. Fixed the issue.

Hmm...Ok I wanna say my 2 cents then be done with it. Why the hell is everyone beating around the bush?? If people want shit to change, FUCKING SPEAK UP. DON'T JUST BLAME IT ON EVERYONE ELSE AND THEN LEAVE IT! That won't fix a damn thing. So heres how I understand the issue at hand: GG/MB people are pissed cause streams and recordings are all one sided towards BB. Yes, that is insensitive as NCI was originally GG/MB ONLY. BUT, some people need to understand that we have people like Rin and Coopa who are doing they're best to promote the game and the scene to everyone. Rin and Coopa and IPW have been doing an amazing job promoting everything and making it known to people who we are. Its just that as of right now, BB is the most popular game because its newer. Honestly, I think thats kinda dumb cause I have watched extensive amounts of GG/MB and I enjoy watching it just as much as BB regardless of my knowledge of the game mechanics. But people are ignorant to some things so I'm not surprised it came down to this. Now heres the biggest issue, no one ever fucking talks about it! All I've seen GG do to try and get some kind of word in is having someone yell at Rin for not knowing to work Tsubasa's stream setup. What the fuck is that gonna fix? NOTHING! So instead of yelling "RETARD!!" fucking talk to whoever is running BB and ask them if GG/BB?MB can trade spots or whatever. Its not that hard! Now I do understand that no one in BB probably thought of this until after it happened but that doesn't mean change is impossible. So I am personally apologizing to all of the GG/MB players who started this originally. It isn't right to have one sided publicity towards a community scene. But there have to be compromises and lots of planning. Solutions are simple, first off, I think BB needs to repay GG/MB for being ignorant to the whole thing and trade spots entirely next ranbat. GG/MB split on the main stream and BB top 8 when we get to it. Easy enough right? Now as for after that, it gets a bit harder to coordinate as its 3 games on one stream. It can be done but it will require early setups, meaning we get there at around the same time when we first started being around 11am. We get the stream set up and running. We figure out who gets streamed first and go from there. I personally think doing GG and MB first and second are best as setting up those are easier than BB. We start at noon and we stream GG/MB for however long we decide then we switch to BB. From there, we do top 8 of all 3 games in the same order. After that, we can run any MMs or whatever people want on Stream until we pack up and go. Now this is how I would speculate the general timeline to look: 10or11am-Noon: Setup streams and consoles. Noon-3pm: GG Matches until top 8 3pm-5pm: MB matches till top 8 5pm-8pm: BB matches till top 8 830pm-11pm: Top 8 for all games 11pm-whenever: MMs, Casuals, clean up, whatever May not be the best solution but at least I'm fucking trying to fix it rather than just arguing over whos fault it is and what happened. Point is, we're a COMMUNITY, we need to man up and talk shit out when we have an issue and NOT fucking troll like an idiot who just likes to instigate conflict. So lets quit arguing over this fucking shit and FIX IT! I'm getting tired of hearing people still argue over whos fault this shit is when it happened 2 weeks ago! FIX IT! Dude you can combo U.Tao's Drives for like 7k...Although against Tager or Rachel...U.Tager can get 8.1k I think... Also U.Makoto is ass. Her Abare super is ehh...Rolling Thunder is good just needs 100 meter. Not to mention Tager can forward dash through ALL 22 hits of Rolling Thunder :3 I wish I had CT U.Ragna.
