So Azrael is unique because of the combinations of all his tools? I'm not sure I follow, can't the same be said about any character? None of them are exactly the same as some other characters from different games, so people have to explore their tools even if their gameplan is straightforward (like with Azrael himself). And I don't see any similarities between Zato and Amane outside of "loldrills": the former is a pet-centric unblockable monster, while the latter is the first chip-oriented character in the whole genre. Though one might argue that these two gameplans are pretty similar.

I dunno, Amane feels much more fresh to me. When all is said and done, Azrael is just another rushdown character, with some Guilty Gear dust specials on the side. Which doesn't make him any less amazing or badass, of course.

With that as the game's only downside so far, the choice doesn't get any easier.

How the hell am I supposed to choose between BBCP and JoJo ASB now?

Platinum Games is on the list of PS4 game developers, so I'm sure they're going to port it sooner or later. Anyways, I don't really see why would they release CP only on PS4. The option of quickly sharing your replays is nice, but I'd rather have them sell the game on all consoles at once.

But then who will respond to Sugita's JoJokes?

That doesn't explain that second lock-on, though. Hazama is just sitting there blocking, and there is clearly a crosshair on him (a red one, at that). In other news, we got our chibi icon, huzzah!

Another question about canceling the Drive: how does Bullet cancel it here (and the one after that, too)? From what I understand, if she were to release the button, she'd have rushed towards Hazama, who was recovering and blocking, respectively. The only other way to explain it is that the time she can hold the button down is reduced on higher levels of Heat-Up, but it seems way too fast for that. Maybe there actually is a way to cancel it for good?

Some highlights from that stone ocean of awesomeness: - Speedwagon can be seen on the part 1 stage, as well as one of the vampire mutants sitting on the chandelier (the local stage hazard, I guess). - Mista's Sex Pistols gauge got different faces for each one of them. - Jonathan uses throws his opponent the same way he throws Dio down the balcony in the second episode. Man, these six months are going to be a hell of a wait. And the preorders for the LE are still nowhere to be seen.

Apparently, we're having a CC mini-tournament in about a month, even though no one has ever played the game. So I guess I'll just have to lurk more and be smarter than my opponents (ha, like that'll ever happen). Anyways, I don't see that much Bravo discussion around here: is anybody actually playing him? He seems to have everything that a good grappler would want, but is that enough? Should I try playing Cthylla instead? Though I guess she's supposed to be harder to learn, so it may not be a good idea to play her without even owning the game.

It'd also be mondo cool if you could find the exact pictures the alternate palettes are taken from, but that's probably too much work.

Play-Asia is bound to have it, as is Ami-Ami. I don't think they're going to run out of pre-order copies, so I'm not sure any more options are needed.

His voice is unknown for now, though. The JoJoLion version of Duwang will be a stage, too. - The JP release date is 29th of August, 2013. - The game is going to be available in two versions: the regular one (worth 7980 JPY) and the limited edition (worth more than twice more, 16980 JPY). The latter is going to include a figure of Jotaro with Star Platinum, a golden plate with Araki's artwork, and a soundtrack CD (shaped like a Star Platinum disc made by White Snake). - The first print run is going to include some goodies too, namely a note book shaped like Hayato Kawajiri's head affected by Heaven's Door and... a DLC code for Yoshikage Kira! - Wait, what, Kira's a DLC character? Goddamn you, CC2!

If I'm not mistaken, 360 is still a go-to console for various otaku genres, like VNs and danmaku shooters. Though I guess fighting games don't count.
