Ryan, I don't think it's so much that everyone hates the game, just that not all of us take it seriously enough competitively to go all the way out to Haz's and pay $15 to play it. I appreciate Haz hosting the game these last few times before EVO, but I'm not holding my breath for more than a couple people other than you, me, Tubazo, Gabe, and maybe UAT Jimmy and Luke to barely scrape out an 8 person turnout.

Lisa Lisa is the best. Also I'm glad you're finally watching JoJo. Part 2 is probably my favorite because of how flamboyantly over the top it is (well, compared to the rest of the series anyway)

This sounds like a great idea to get people hype for P4A and show off some matchups that aren't seen too often. I would totally be down to watch/participate. Would prefer to play against west coast/midwest, although I have gotten decent connections with east cost players before. Weekends work best for me.

Great set. I love how we can easily punish Litchi's DP midscreen now with 5C CH > 6C > Ikutachi > etc, though it looks like Hen dropped the combo a few times. Also the faster j2C looks like a funny way to stop her from low profiling our jumpins with crouch/2A. Edit: Lol nvm, almost at the end of the set, looks like Litchi's new 4B puts a stop to that haha.

Just an aside for anyone attempting Sweep > 5D oki against Mitsuru: if she does wakeup A Droit, it'll actually hit you out of trying to meaty her or jump on her wakeup if your sweep isn't completely max range, herp-a-derp. Thankfully you still have time to meaty Sweep her and low-profile it (even if you're up close), and get a CH sweep > 5D combo, but then you have to worry about DP, kind of putting the guessing game in her favor. Basically, don't use 5D oki unless your sweep is perfectly spaced if they know they can scumbag Droit on wakeup.
