Had not seen this posted here so forgive me if I missed it. You can combo after flare super A by placing a graviton right after it is used. Example: 5B > 5C > 3C(2) > 214214A > 5D > *delay* 236D > 6B (2) > 22A> 6[A] > 6B(2) > OKI (4235/ 16%) 236C ender (4642/ 19%)

Is there some sort of trick to landing that 5C after A Persia? It is the only part of this I'm having trouble hitting consitently, the dummy just seems to tech out just before hit its half the time. Also for 3C > X Persia stuff, will X Persia only connect at certain distances from the opponent or is the timing just different pending on how far you were away from them when 3C hits?

Because I've already given $300 total to the event, I'd just like to see if GG can step it up and get within a more secure range before I donate again.

If Guilty Gear can surpass DoA5 and Skullgirls by the end of the week I'm willing to throw another $300 at it. Just because it's based on a cartoon doesn't make the game any less complex than other fighters. There is a leaked beta of the game floating around that's pretty solid, give it a try before you bash it.

I can't seem to hit that dash into 5A consistently, any advice on the timing?

A small group of people at Broome Community College are starting to hold weekly LAN parties on Friday evenings. Its heavily FPS focused but I talked to the person running it and he's fine with any type of game. Posting this to gauge interest in weekly casuals on Friday evenings for any fighting game really. It takes place in the Applied Technology Building on BCC's campus.

Looking to make a stick face with a pallete swap of Platinum's art. Does anyone have her art in as high of a resolution as the ones in the original post? She's the only character missing from that file. I'd obviously post anything I do here to contribute to the project.

I could make fliers, but do you just want them put up at Next Level? I know of some places that may be willing to put up a flier for an event like this.

My Platinum needs a lot of work and I would really appreciate it if someone would be willing to play a set or two with me to point out exactly what I should be doing and what I need to work on. I'm available after 5:00 PM on weekdays and pretty much all day on weekends. I have a capture card so recording matches won't be a problem.

I believe it needs to be a counter hit and you need to be pretty close to your opponent for the 5A to connect afterward.

I'm finding her combos and spacing easy enough to get a grip on but I cannot for the life of me muster any kind of pressure with this character. Granted I've been off this game for a good while now but I've spent some time in training mode to try and figure out some strings but all I've come up with is 5a > 5b > 3c > no follow up. Would anyone be willing to share any of her basic pressure strings? I played a player match against someone who made 6a and 6c look absolutely terrifying but as I've said I haven't been able to figure out anything yet. Also, is her 6b safe on block? It doesn't feel like it would be but I haven't seen anyone actually punish is yet.

I'm really excited about this. Loved the original and 2 for the short time that CTF had them and if Aksys doesn't plan to pick it up this may be the final straw in regards to me buying a PS3.
