It's not like the opponent can instantly recover. It takes a couple of frames to tech. Plus, in this particular situation, the opponent is in the air after being hit by 214C, so I think there might be a couple extra frames of knockdown. It takes a longer time for the opponent to hit the ground (and emergency tech).

Just get GG:AC on PS2. I vote PS3 for BBCS because the majority of people who play BBCS are on PS3. And...are you serious? 10 am? Make it at least 12.

Well, it depends how you rank the FC's. I basically go by risk vs reward. Ragna's 2C has little risk, but really high reward (BK combos). Of course, I'm simply going by theory-fighter. I don't use Ragna, so I guess your opinion would be better to go with than mine. Although I'm quite sure Ragna's FC is better than Jin's. Jin's FC is shit. It's hit box is smaller than what it appears to be. And I believe his hit-able box is really high up as well...lastly, it has head invulnerability for 2 frames. But I can never seem to be able to put those frames to good use... Edit: On paper, Arakune's 2C fatal is crap. But in real life... Or maybe I'm just a scrub. And really, my shit talk consists of "so-and-so can't do combos" or "so-and-so can't play" Apparently, that's epic shit talk. Unless I'm forgetting something.

It would be a poor punish if the opponent who's DPing has no meter to rapid. Otherwise, it would be an effective way to prevent the opponent from rapid-ing and thus be unable to get out of a punish.

The problem isn't getting Sekkajin out, I was simply confused at the fact that people said you could cancel 5B into sekkajin, until they clarified and said 5C also comes out. I do prefer 5B > 2B > sekka though, because it's easier to make sure sekkajin fully hits the opponent (8 hits) due to 5C having more pushback. Also, it works on Carl. Not only do I mash that C, I mash it with 2 fingers like I'm playing bass guitar. I'm on stick btw. Now onto a different subject...

American shit talk isn't worth learning. Lol, seriously though, if I want to shit talk, I just think of something and, if I feel it's good, then I'll say it. I don't "learn" shit talk. Best FC with no cost is Ragna's 2C. It's +1 on block, and is quick. Best FC with cost is Hotaru. I guess Arakune's 5C would be 2nd place for no cost FC, and Jayoku is the 2nd best FC with cost.

Everytime you do Jin's 623D. When you use it as a reversal, and hit the opponent to the other side of the screen where you can't reach them, it's important that you get as much hit stun as possible so you can close in on them, and hitting the 2nd part of 623D as late as possible does that. Also, during combos, the opponent can tech earlier if you don't hit them right as they land (while frozen). So basically, just learn to always hit the 2nd part of 623D as the opponent lands from the 1st part, which freezes.

Martine, make sure you do the 2nd hit of 623D as late as possible (as the opponent lands), because you'll get a lot more hit stun than if you hit them in the air. Also, you need to learn how to combo off a random hit. Like random J.B or 5B. Just learn when not to use A moves because they have crappy proration. That applies to K2 as well. Stop using A when you can be using B!

Won't the 5B cancel into 5C before you can mash? Or do you buffer the 5B with something else? Edit: 10 extra damage is better than me not getting the combo at all, lol.

Yeah, you broke his guard in mid-air with her super. Just to clarify, guard primers always deplete, it doesn't have to be on barrier block. As long as you are hit by an attack which depletes primers, then you will lose a primer. The exception is when you're about to break the very last primer, in which case if the opponent barrier blocks, then they won't get guard broken.

Yeah, Buppa was raped by Tsujikawa, and Dio vs Chou was just sad to watch. Kaqn's team got knocked out in the first round by Nezu's team.

I don't usually go on Saturdays, but I might show up tomorrow due to the fact that I might not be able to go to LG today. Or at least, not spend a long enough time there.
