ConvoltedStyle held down Cola yesterday at the Augusta tournament and I'm very proud of him. Today, I'm just gonna chill out on practice a bit and then get back into training mode tomorrow. I've also learned that if you don't practice for a week, you really do lose your execution on a lot of moves. There were a ton of combos that I dropped yesterday just from simply not practicing my main character a lot. Oh well, I'll take it as a lesson learned and manage my training time better @ SimpleKiss: I'll try to train with you Tuesday evening, if you have the free time. It going to be all Noel this time @ Guide: Your Hazama is really getting better each time I play against you and don't give up on that character. I think you'll go far, if you keep practicing the way you have. It kinda sucks that there aren't too many tournament for BBCS in the the Southeast, but I still wanna stay sharp. Also, once I get on XBL again, I'll probably be online a lot again just to get SOME kinda practice against other people. I'm getting desperate at this point D:

I just saw the Valkenhayn teaser on blazblue.com. I can't really say much about how he plays, but it did look cool.

Alright, well I'll give you $10 tonight, just in case you don't decide to join the tourney and want to use it for something else. It would be a shame if WE ARE THE TOURNEY, since BB:CS is the main reason why I want to go to Augusta and I didn't really plan on joining the SSFIV tourney. I guess I'll have to call Asuka and tell her to give you an A.W.A denture surprise instead of tonight XD

lol, I see you definitely don't like Ragna. Also, that's a long time of practicing. Even when I do practice, it'll be for 1-3hrs then I mess around in challenge mode. If your free @ 7pm, you'll be getting some Noel, Makoto and bad Litchi practice from me.

When it comes to BB:CS, I still not sure who I want to sub but I keep going back to Litchi and Makoto. I like Litchi because how I can easily hit confirm any A or 5B attack into a long ass combo for a chunk of your life and seems to has the tools for keeping my opponent out. Also, her resets after some of the combos I've tried are so quick that it would require for my opponent to think fast, in order to anticipate my next move. With Makoto, I'm getting more use to her counter combos and I like the big damage output with little effort. My main issue with her is still trying to getting in without eating a fist. I still don't feel that her P.Loop is viable enough for me to try it in a match consistently, but I'll have to keep experimenting with it to make sure. I'll be glad when I can get some of these projects I've been working on out of the way, so I can practice a bit more. When I first played blazblue, I went from Litchi, to Noel. Now, I'm using Ragna and I almost like the way he plays more than Noel. However, I never gave him a chance because of the way he looks. You just gotta try out the roster to see who you will like more. I'm also glad to see that your giving BB a chance ^__^ @ SimpleKiss: If Platinum plays like May, then I'll definitely be using her. I've come to realize that I really like that character. I've also been looping Makoto, Mu-12 and Platinum's theme all yesterday too :-D Makoto has the hypest theme so far that I've heard. It makes me wanna run up and hit someone in the face with a tonfa.

Did everyone read the news today about Makoto and Nu being DLC for Blazblue CS? Judging from the scans, Makoto is DEFINITELY a fan service character, for people who wanted her in the game. That outfit of hers just screams it. Nu, I'm not too surprised about there being DLC for, since her fan base is frickin' huge. @ coolklm121: Welcome to the community bro I'm glad to see that there is another Guilty Gear player in Cola and I have it for the Wii too. I've also got TvC, if you ever want to throw down on that game. This week at the ranbat, we'll have both KOF 2002 UM and Smash. Since it seems you like both of those games, this would be the week to go :-D I PM'ed you info about the ranbat and how to get there.

Those Guilty Gear and NGBC matches were hype yesterday! SimpleKiss was determined to make those samurais work and wanted Hanzo's head on a plate, lol. Later today, I'll be looking in the May thread for a couple of strats. I'd really like to make her my sub.

I was looking in the Noel thread and found some interesting combo vids involving her C loop. I also would like to come by simplekiss' house today to play some cs. It feels good to be playing Blazblue again.

I figured as much. my feeling are the same, when it comes to Juri, Ibuki or Cammy. I have to have fun playing a character, otherwise I get turned away from the game too quickly.

Alright, sounds good. We can play Monopoly deal at his house :D. I'll bring my copy of GGAC and TvC Sticks ,if we're using Dondi's Wii. Today I played SSF4 with one of my friends for the first time since last week and couldn't play any longer than 15 minutes. I hope people don't think I hate SSF4 now, it's just that I'll only mess with it casually now. A lot of peeps on my friends list where like "Damn, I didn't know you felt that way about SF" and most of them are fans of the series.

I would be great, if we can play some more Guilty Gear this weekend. I also see what you mean by using Millia's HS during her combos more often. It seems to help deal larger damage without so many hits. I've also been practicing a few combos on some female and other members of the cast. I'm getting a somewhat general concept of what combos I can and can't do on characters, but it will come in time. Going to Augusta was apart of my weekend plan, but shit came up. I had to spend a good chunk of my paycheck taking care of a family member today, which I don't mind, but I'll be sorta on the broke side again ;_; I can also forget about the Greenville tourney, although I'm sure no one would have showed up for TvC. After work today, I'll probably come by your house and bring my DS with me.

I feel pretty good that I got two consecutive reps in on Millia's corner loop against Sol. The part that I had issues with the most was juggling him up high enough to combo the dust back to back. Part of Millia's mid screen air combo has finally been engraved in my muscle memory (6K > 6S > 2H > j.K > j.D > IAD > j.k > j.D > IAD > j.D xx Hair Pin > 2H > j.P > j.K ) I'll usually just freestyle the end of the combo, depending on the character. I'll be practicing some of May's combos, later in the week.
