You share my mentality. I rather play someone that drives me nuts like Vice and slowly improve against them. (According to feedback I am). I think the best matches are against those that are just a little bit better. You will lose most but you can win some. Personally, I can have fun as long as it's competitive.

If I managed to squeeze 1 of 9 against Vice then you can do better. Yes, I'm that bad. It's a little easier if your patient and block him. Just don't get stuck in a combo. I can't really think of anything brilliant.

I feel like Ron Artest using Litchi now. (CS is gonna make me feel guilty). Though I'm average at best.

I think I sort of experienced the same thing but I don't in my case it's the "I'm gonna lose mentality." I found myself having an odd losing streak of 14 in ranked that made me nuts. But I'm near 50/50 on the norm. Basically, I have multiple people online, mostly in my playing circle (specifically lufenia, miss korgon, and dxmds) telling me I play way too safe, timid, and defensive. I'm new to 2d fighting when it comes to playing somewhat seriously. But they were telling me that I have no killer instinct (no pun intended). Funny thing is since release, they're still telling me the same. Maybe I don't have it in me. I'm one of those lv. 59s with only a 43.2 win ptc. (28.3% in player matches). To me, I'm trying to poke with litchi, setup a CH, establish a medium range game with her, or rush with rag, hit confirm then combo (both), and then mixup on my opponents wakeup. But, I can't find out what I'm not doing.

I feel like such an idiot after just learning CT litchi starting a month ago. I have to ignore the urge of being discouraged by the combos.

True, I remember that from deception. I did like the 3 different fighting styles in that game.

I think it's been like that in all the 3D ones or at least current gen ones imo. They always have that side stance.

Thanks for the videos. The brutality is definitely there. I like the tag mechanics too.
