Leave him alone, he's a causality phenomenon. Though he does shock Tsubaki unconscious in one of the story modes.

It shouldn't. If Tager can 5B, he can also 360. In other words, Litchi is WAY too close.

He can sledge even without IBing the first hit. He can also 360/720 if the Litchi did it too close. But the Litchi shouldn't be canceling into an attack unless she guardpointed something or Tager tried to superjump.
