Yes, but it doesn't mean you can use 360A on wakeup and expect it to win against a properly timed meaty. Use backdash or 720.

What does wakeup invul have to do with Tager's 360A? It has a 2 frame window where you aren't invulnerable, regardless of where you use it. It's not a 1-frame reversal. Stop trying to use it as one.

It could be worse. You could have a DP with a 1 frame window where it has no invincibility and it still hasn't become airborne yet, thereby leaving the user open to getting 720'd.
