It might be the amount of speed that is distributed out thought ur router.... Meaning A.) if ur on wifi the more solid objects that separate your router to your system slow ur speed. B.) If you are on wired regardless if ur main computer is on or not only a specific amount of bandwidth is allowed to your system. C.) Opening your ports will also speed up your connection. When a PS3 system is connected to a server aka PSN. Certain things must go through your firewall which in turn slows down the process. If you set it so that these specific "Ports" (Data of a specific type) can pass through your firewall freely then it will speed up your gaming experience. I offer to make your ps3 system to have priority over all other things connected to your router. Meaning that instead of your main Computer being the fastest thing on your router. Your PS3 is the fastest thing taking up the most bandwidth making everything else slow... But if ur an only child like myself thats irrelevant.

That is actually a very disgusting speed tbh.... My upload speed is 20mbs and my download is 15mbs

If people noticed during the wall stick from inferno divider into 3c u can time it so the 3c hits them very high in the air and if they are high enough u could probably do this. If it works like relius's (Which it probably does) if Ada is in recovery then it cannot be done. U really think we "need" our CT to pull off our damaging combos? Id say its more of a tool used to give us that extra 1.3k in our combos. Since the route with CT is CT(6C)>La terrezan>6c full charge. However with our 4D we get to skip that and go straight into 6c full charge. Into Brio stuff then volante =3 im so excited.

Yes i would have to agree.. not only that Blood scythe also looks to gain around 300hp.. And i swear it regains like 1k hp which is very decent since no other character in the game can increase there Hp once its gone. Also where did u find the frame data for ragna ???

DBD has no reason for doing dumb damage in CP since ragna no longer losses HP before using it. Think about it, in every version of the game DBD could only be done in BK. So ragna would generally lose Hp due to BK (But not really) and then would regain more Hp then when he started.. Which in a way is kinda redundant since the hp loss was suppose to rationalize his high damage. As far as i saw there were no downsides to going BK so long as u knew proper SKD combos ud always be able to finish with DBD. So the move either had to do less Hp or give rags less health... and since no one likes to see ragna break 5k with just 50heat they made it do shit damage but still regain alot of Hp back. Which is completely logical now that he has access to the DD at all times... If it did both the damage and regained as much health well no offence to anyone here but that would be fraudulence to a whole new level.

Last i played u,, u wernt mashing DP as often. Obviously u have been learning. Have u tried practicing her optimal Combos. However if that is the problem might i suggest that u try learning another character?? Say ragna or Mu-12 Both can kill almost anyone in the cast with 2CH or crouching 5C's, while having the hitbox's of a god and the execution that a toddler could pull off accurately.

Lol i have 20mbs upload and 15mbs download however i wouldnt expect majority of yalls nets to get this good... but at least be decent. Input delay is a no random lag spikes are acceptable. My speeds are also the reason i know for a fact that anytime it lags... its not me =/

Albion u saw the lag... an i defy u to say u didnt. An im not OS'ing.. U tried to play neutral and lost to 2 neutral heavy characters Litchi and Relius.. Lol Ragnas cant play neutral. Also if u honesly believe it was 2-2 ur mistaken because i can make it 10-2 i just couldnt take the lag. I suppose the larger issue isnt that ur lagging (Although its not by alot) ur also playing ragna. An i also took that as a learning experience so dont think im being biased. IF u honestly believe that ur connection was a 3 then u have not been playing on PSN very often I learned never to play laggy ragnas u learned that all ragnas Minus SKD cant play neutral ^-^ See Learning experience But even still i hold no salt towards u in anyway. I just experienced the same issue with Albion.... All yall niggas have poverty net =/ seriously if ur Upload speed isnt past 10mbs dont get on.
