Kaya nga as much as possible yun mga date ng ranbats naten eh favorable sa lahat,

  8. @Platinyan I can try and answer your question here, but there's already a discussion about that particular subject matter on Continuum Shift Rachel Combos 2.0. You can also use this video for visual confirmation,
  9. Can someone help me confirm this, Is Rachel's 5b has projectile now ? Because I've been playing CS2 on PSP and there was this time when I tried stopping Tager's sledge with it and it made this sound that it hit a projectile then I got counterd.
  10. Hmmm Then I guess it's only plausible when you're close enough during j.c when you fire the lobelia. Now that you've said that it can be done then there's no harm in trying again XD
  11. Something to consider Back in CT and CS1, during air combo and when our opponent's HP is almost out. We often try finsing them off quickly by performing a double lobelia (236a RC 236a) but (236a RC 214c) wont connect. I've been trying this for quite some time now but to no avail. However this CS2 vid prove that it can be done now, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdxRKoIEQSo#t=1m does the extra hitstun of j.c has something to do with it that made it possible to do (236a RC 214c) ? Or something else
  12. If you'll check where the george didn't connect on the first 2 vids, you'll notice that somehow when george was summoned he began to turn the other way the walk a little towards Rachel. Something that what happened when george is summoned and thrown a little further. On the third vid george was summoned and landed on the exact spot where Jin landed and immidietly activated. I'm guessing that it's about getting Rachel at the right spot so that when she summoned george,
  13. sj.8 > (8d x wind) > 236c It's a viable strategy to pull when you have enough life lead, has enough wind stock and time is almost out. If you just want to play safe rather than beating the living daylight out of your opponent then when you have the opportunity, simpy do a super jump and wind your self upward sj.8 > (8d x wind). If you ran out of wind then spam as many lobelia© as you can. Do it as fast and precise as possible since your life depended on it. This strategy will keep you out of harms way for quite some time. Depending on your wind stock and how fast you shoot those lobelias Though this isn't fool proof, some attacks can still reach you. Arakune's lazers, if you're still off screen then the lazers wont hit you, but as you decend then it will. Litchi's tsubame, it will definitely hit you Carl's fermata, like Arakune, it will hit at some point if you decended low enough. I recall seeing an old vid were matsu was hit by it while performing this mamouver and lost thye match. Rachel's Sword Iris and BBL, Bang's nail super, the umbrella will follow you even if you're off screen. I believe there are some other attacks that can be used against this, but this is what I know and what I have confirmed. As for 5A-dash->B online, I'm not so sure. I haven't played online for quite some time now because of the lag. But since 4b hits when playing online then I guess it's viable. Though I won't recommend it, since 5b is a little slow, your opponent can simply out poke you if they react accordingly. Also doing 5a means you've got to be close so peroforming a dash and 5b is somewhat a giveaway. You can try substituting 5a with 2a since it has longer range and still comes out pretty fast.
  14. Like blackmaphia said, try the -Challenge Mode- . Most of them are useful for begginers. Much better if you tried the -Tutorial Section- about Rachel, you'll learn her basic combo path there. Most of what said on that section is true, except for the part that they mention that cat punch is a good anti-air tool something about 5cc. For further reading, you better check Rachel's Frame data here on Dustloop. You can find her Gatling chart there. This is importatnt since you'll know which attacks connects to which so that can avoid making gaps during your blockstring. After that try what you learned out, you'll find it much easy to learn when you're actually playing. Remember 5a and 2a are really good pokes, you'll gonna suffer from alot of proration but scoring a hit and dealing damage is your goal. Deal with it. Never summon anything if you're within enemy range Learn Rachel Pro-strat Time up game, sj.8 > (8d x wind) > 236c, That's for all now, Rachel is a complex character to begin with, try to take everything slow and move on othere parts as you become confident with your skills.
  15. That is indeed beautiful set of combos, like most of her combos they're really difficult to do. How do you juys get the timing on the sj8D > 9 > j.2C (lv3) right ? I usually ended up having level 2 or too late to even hit my target. I've been working on some combos using this but I can't seem to get them consistent. and lol at that over 9000 dmg combo I remember seing a Full HP combo on Tager, the set-up is indeed situational. But what's interesting is the multi-lv2 j.2c combo that happned on that vid. Has anyone have theory how is that even possible?
  16. Then you should add TK iris to your list. It's may not look that impressive but it works like a charm as a pressure tool on corner.
  17. Tech + Wind has its own benefits, though like most trick it should be use with moderation. There are times that your opponent might adapt to you strategy and throw you instead. I find this trick useful against lamda, if they manage to blow you full screen and began to summon spike chaser then with the right timing you can use this trick to immediently jump into their faces. Also if someone burst juring your combo or pressure then just tech mid-air then airdash +wind. Though the timing can be a lot stricter.
  18. Lobelia has this height restriction I assume so its impossible, even if you wind yourself downwards. Some interesting fact is when you fire a lobelia mid-air using © or (B) version, then you cant alter Rachel's course using wind. The shot automatically lock you on that position. Only (A) version can be winded.
  19. Something I've been meaning to do, but socials responsibilities prevents me from doing so. It's a compilation of some old, obscure tricks. Nothing much but hope you guys enjoy it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4UdYjv03NoE&feature=player_embedded
  20. As a his fellow BB player I second the motion !! Even though he always bully us and steal our lunch money, GOOOOOoo Bully~DIX Kunganginangyan~yun lang
  21. When they manage to land a gadget finger you can TK the pumpkin to dodge the collider or 360/720. Just watch out if they have a meter,If they're smart enough they might use magna tech wheel or poke you. This will only probably work on Srubby tager that like to spam 360/720. Also If they perform an Astral and you have a Meter and enough wind gauge, you can just TD them as they pull you in. That would blow them away. If you feel like wasting a meter just BBL, it would act like an air brake for you.
  22. What's the recommended maneuver when they manage to lock you down with the 5a>2a (insert gatling) blockstring I fought this good hazama that knows how to harass me with his blockstring, I could block all of those but that would give him enough distance to start his next assualt. I tried IB'ing his 2a then poke him with my 2a and it does work but too tedious to be done instinctively.IB back dash seems to work too. 2c when he got stingy and going for an overhead. Any alternate suggestions ? I'm always looking for options so that my counter strategy wouldn't be that predictable.
  23. A little request, if someone is interested. Could someone give me a critic on my match http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxHBVHtLaCo&feature=player_embedded BB is the first fighting game that got psyched up and want to master. I'm still green on the competitive level so an insight would be really appreciated.
  24. Yup it has been posted quite some time. I manage to get most of the work. Except fot the (CC)FC 100 meter combo on ragna. the timing on j.c 2d 214c is hard.
  25. I doubt that Rachel there will be a flock of rachel players when the patch arrives. Back in CT even though she's OP only a handful of people can unleash her beastly status. Scrubs can just roll over and die,
