  1. Do they tech by that time or do they just hit the ground?
  2. And also going back to the tager match up. I was just sifting around some of the damage values...blue laser does 1015 damage...0.0 really? Is that accurate? If it is all she needs is 13 lasers to kill tager. Someone should confirm this blue laser bs. Edit: Has been confirmed. One blue laser does three hit combo to 1015 damage at 0:53 into this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCJu32aqEq0
  3. Try this next time you face an RTSD character and you get some distance 6DD>236A>copy/pasta I'm not convinced, but maybe because of its slow trajectory, maybe it can be used as a keep away tactic. Also because of that weird arc it travels in it could prevent IAD's. It should also prevent them from running in. Then you could reset steins and either lather, rinse, repeat, or use the steins to get some kind of field/pressure adv. Also, i know this is most likely a stupid question but, how does 236A re-act when clashing with another projectile? Edit:Again, 4 hours of sleep + day 3 aliveness = very corrupt theory fighter...
  4. By the way Mizzet, have you found a use for 236A yet?
  5. I'm just going along in case any of her drives have similar frames to lambda proportion wise. 2D is lambda's fastest startup drive not including the follow-up attacks.
  6. I know. Valkenhayn's theme is top tier man.
  7. I'm still a little unsure about it too. But 6C has decent stun on normal block, and 2D both being stupid fast as well as jump cancellable makes me believe it can make it safe. Again though, I've only been working with theory fighter as of 11:00 p.m. yesterday. It's 5:40 a.m. over here. Why am I not in bed???
  8. Best block strings? I only have theory fighter to work with, but i can come up with a few. 5A>5A>6A>5B>2B>5C>6C>2D>IAD. Nets you a steiner and some distance or continue pressure with j.B 6A>5B>2B>5C>2C>IAD good option to j.2C here for a quick overhead that's relatively safe on block or crossover with j.B 5A>6A>5B>2B>5C>(3C)>6C>63214C Not jump cancellable but pushes them pretty far, can cost them a primer, maybe more if they don't move. I () the 3C because I don't know if you can 6C after it and that is the prefered move to use.
  9. Wait, so we confirmed 63214C takes 3 primers fully charged? I'll go add that if it was. I just wasn't sure if the source was reliable.
  10. What? No. The thing Mu has that looks like Lambda's 6C is Mu's 63214C. I'm talking about that light spike that appears center stage and can wall bounce off any hit. That's Mu's 6C.
  11. No, Mu's 6C. The light spike created center stage. You can cancel that into jump cancellable drive moves. Here's all the situations I'm thinking of if 6C isn't counted as a projectile by sledge. Close range: We have a great backdash to escape grab attempts and a good reversal if he tries to continue pressure with sledge. Mid-range:5C>6C>2D>jc>IAD backwards to create space and a stein. If you get a hit off 6C, go into combo. Long-range: Just stein spam until he gets in range of 6C. Of course watch out for spark bolt, but other than that I don't see anything he can do. also, with nu, I'm pretty sure only her 5C counted as a projectile. I don't recall eating sledges after i hit him with either 3C or 2C.
  12. Seriously. I think tager might have like a 7.5-2.5 match up because of her. I don't think he can move fast enough to avoid them all, and she's pretty well safe while doing her drives. Hell, she even has a better reversal than lambda, and if that connects its back to square one for him. Oh god. does 6C have projectile properties or not. If it doesn't, this match is so free.
  13. Yeah, that is true. I would still say the match up atm is 6:4 for lambda, but Mu is still to new right now to make anything final.
  14. As a side note, how much do you guys think tager would like laser spam? Since they auto angle, she could literally do 5DD>6DD>jc>j.DD>j.6DD>jc>j.DD>j.6DD all day. I'm not even sure if sledge could punish laser due to the spacings of the attacks.
  15. I definitely don't think there is going to be too much footsies between them. Only mid-range is iffy. Mu dominates close range while lamby can just zone you to death from afar. It only becomes ambiguous in that range where mu's 6C hits because of mus 5C range and speed while lamby has TK crescent mix up from hell.
  16. @PhoenonX Most of her mid-range combos stem from 6C. I'm not about follow-ups yet, but i'm betting that 6C>2D>jc>IAD>j.C>5C>2C>jc>j.C>j.2C>j.DD>j.2DD would work, and that nets around 2.4k, oki, and four steins. Again, not sure if it works, pretty sure there's better combo's out there, but this makes sense and seems feasible from the amount i've seen of her.
  17. I'm not really sure, but most of the time when she's putting steiners everywhere, provided the opponent isn't a jab's length away, she seems to be able to block in time.
  18. Hmm, I've been trying to think up ways to combo off her 236D, and I think I might have one. All just theory fighter again, but this sounds realistic due to the lack of frames in all parts of her drives. 2B>3C>6D>2B>5C>6C>236D>j.C>j.2C>j.DD>j.2DD you would cancel the 3C with your lagless drive, get in your normal combo until you hit 6C that you will cancel with 236D. That should net her 3k and oki with 4 steins, 2 blue lasers.
  19. No i wasn't expecting to outzone lambda. But the middle ground between is really iffy to me. either side lands a CH and there is going to be pain.
  20. That's true overheat. Idk, maybe I'm just a little skiddish of Mu's 6C. It's ridiculously safe, can net you a stein even on block, and if it's a CH it leads to about 4k plus oki with 3-4 steins. Lambda doesn't have great wake-up and having 3-4 steiners locked on your position doesn't help turn a match around from there.
  21. @Technically yes anti-hippy, it is decently safe. It has a decent amount of block stun plus you can cancel into 2D>jc even on block. so even if lamby does block her 6C she is in stun for a bit and mu gets a stein out.
  22. Also Overheat, I'm not sure if any good lambda uses 2C as an AA anymore, but they use it a lot after 5CxN to get a jump cancel to TK crescent/3C/236A mix up bs. 6A however, has become a rather decent AA.
  23. @Overhear Idk, it might just be her 5B. Anyway, do you guys think that 5DD>236A>copy/pasta would be a good keep away tactic against RTSD's? I think it has potential, especially against ragna.
  24. Yeah 236B is amazing...until it gets predictable. If anyone IB's that I can expect to lose 4k of health unless I'm fighting a rachel or they didn't expect the IB themselves. If only lambda's jab had faster start-up I would abuse 236B for all its worth. It's all RPS at mid range with these two. So far I see it come down to who is more predictable.
  25. Oh I know of it's milky goodness. I do play lambda myself. Its just that Mu's 5C is faster than lambda's 5C and has more range than lambda's 2C. But Lambda's 5D is just good at any range. Heck, if the sprite is tall enough, i can go for 6D to jump cancel for further shenanigans. But then there's the fact that mu's 6c is safe no matter what lambda does. It's all very ambiguous at the moment, but I'm sure time will tell the match. I'm only doing theory fighter myself.
