  2. What are the non-wheel/dive loops for curse mode? i.e the ones with just bugs and arakune being far? I feel this will be a bit more needed for CS2 and I like having burst insurance.

  8. Yeah, Arakune's offensive game pre-curse seems like it will be interesting. Though I still want to know if j.D will trade now, and if jump frames actually changed from 6f to something lower, since that's unconfirmed atm.

  11. Ah, I see. Thanks for clearing that up. I guess it would make people deal with pressure a bit longer, especially Arakune. His backdash recovery is nerfed, and I suppose IB 5A or new 6B won't be as strong. But then again, final product will determine that, so no worries on my end. I honestly can't wait to try new Ara.
  12. More or less a universal change, but Instant Block (IB) is now 2-3f less recovery as opposed to 5f. Correct me if I'm wrong, and I guess I should blame myself for not knowing this, but that would make 5A on IB 3-4f of start up as opposed to 1f, or would it still be 5f on start up but would come out earlier due to less recovery?
  13. what are the arakune unblockable setups anyway? i know they probably won't be applied that much in real matches, but i just want to know them.
  14. A good example is also blocking Bang's Daifunka, since the game "stops" when you block it, but you can do things after it runs out. Which for Tager means a 720/360, and for others a punish/FC.
  15. Could someone tell me how the high air throw combo looks like? I can't really get it from the notations.
  16. Use j.6abc a lot and you'll probably catch the other Arakune setting up + 2.2k damage from bird > bird > wheel. Most Arakunes usually go offensive than defensive from I see it.

  18. Would forcing an f of g be viable to recurse in the corner? i.e airgrab, tager techs, F of G?

  20. Also, 5D used as a meaty on wakeup, or just go back and summon clouds/ do 2D in a distance / jump in? Trying to experiment and have a lot of ways to play Ara's wakeup game.
  21. Really? Well then again even if it did have a long duration (like 20 seconds), they'd probably already be absorbed or you'd get hit. Considering the teleport and jump nerfs, i guess it could be a nerf, but i suppose it can be easily worked around once we get our hands on him.
