i agree. i loved litchi in ct but ive gotten tired of her in cs. excited for rachel. lambda seems pretty interesting so far. im really curious to see whats going to happen to mu with techable 3c

rachel in z tier sounds about right

the one being released on august 3rd/5th (psn and xbl respectively) is just for makoto. the balance patch is "6 months from release." i dont know if thats from us release or jp release though.
