As long as the move doesn't have F property and the move you are trying to beat has less active frames than 4D's invuln frames then yes. Obviously though everything takes timing, if you start 4D too soon, your opponent may hit you after the invuln ends.

It's accurate for hitboxes yes, however you need to take the move's properties into account as well. Since 5B doesn't have any invuln to speak of, then that does indeed mean it was changed.

Having a hitbox does not mean invuln was taken away. 4D's properties changed: In CS2, if an attack touched Noel's Blue hitbox, it would hit her out of it. In CSX, if an attack has F property, and hits Noel ANYWHERE, it will beat 4D, but if it does not have F property, it will lose to 4D.

He challenged for Runbacks. The only titles that you can hold while having other titles are: Teams/Runbacks/PaperWeight You cant hold GDLK or Youtube and challenge for another title, and as such, if you already have a title, you can't challenge for GDLK or Youtube.

oh yeah at the opening of the match it can be semi-legit. Only other time I use it at neutral is when I am max range away from Tager, because he can't punish it without Spark Bolt on Block. But yeah at that range, it will usually go under most moves for any character, I'm just surprised you do 5C at round start, I usually expect Jin players to jump away, then it's like "FFFFFFFFFF THE CHASE IS ONN!!!!!!"
