Going back to Mu's dp. I don't recall her dp clashing as stupidly much in CSE compared to CP(1). Was it because that the attack part of the dp came out later in CP?
-
Oops, i thought we were talking only about her airthrow version of that combo in which hitting 5b properly was the hard part and i replaced that with 2b. The ground version is still imo very easy with 5b and it can be even done with 6a as well edit: using that ground throw combo with 6a instead of 5b does slightly more damage 3264 vs 3221 Also when i am not confident due to lag when playing online, i simplify my airthrow combo with airthrow 2b 6a 6b (optional 5c. does not work if you were too far ) 6c 5d SoD, which still 2807 (or 2990 with the optimal 5c)
-
I fought him/her, but personally i got my ass kicked more by Kiba's (aka BlackjaguarXD) Tsubaki
-
imo i find it much more reliable to use airthrow dash 2b 2c (s)j.2c 2b 6a 6c 5d SoD. because the tight part is not j.2c or 2b but an almost perfect spacing of the 5b (as close as possible) to make to combo work Eventhough you are losing out on some damage 3221 vs 3109
-
They also could buff Hakumen's backdash, last time (in CSE though) i checked it had no invulnerability at all And IIRC litchi had an alternative unique backdash as well
-
I am imagining zoners (heck, even Mu would be nightmare) with backdashes like Azrael or Tager. The entire neutral of the whole game would be butchered
-
What can you adjust about backdashes aside from speed, distance and invulnerability time? I doubt that they are actually buffing backdashes, so the more logical assumption is that most of these changes are going to be nerfs
-
Nerfing backdashes... This could put Tager possibly back into bottom tier status
-
Sometimes it can't be helped when the other person sets the stage to random
-
Aside from the j.2c and j.c change. According to the jin forums his 6a has now more recovery not less. Probably making his already -4 overhead even more minus
-
Aside from changing the hitstun on his air C normals when hitting grounded people? It could mean his j.2c will not safely combo when being too high (iirc wasn't this the case for his CSE counterpart?)
-
Personally i agree with you but they did change some things to make the game feel more fresh
-
To be fair, Jin and Hakumen were considered A tier to some people and they got nerfs
-
Actually trying to go into offence against him felt suicidal for most of characters that i played, because his defence is suprisingly good His backdash is very good He has a dp and it can be used on reaction to stuff some setups that uses projectiles He can just jump and chicken block or if you were trying to safejump him and he didn't go for a backdash or dp, then you have to deal with his his AA 5a ,5b nonsense and risk getting stuck into his close range
-
Because Goro was too good with her
-
imo i don't care too much about Azrael buffs, because the current buffs don't seem to buff his neutral at all. He will still struggle trying to catch characters with very good neutral like Mu, Hazama, Hakumen and maybe Tao and Valk as well while staying the same for the rest
-
A question not related to the patch, but i have someone commented me that the famitsu colours of Mu is somewhat cheap in stages that are very "red" like crimson throne or fetal movement. Are they right in that regard, because he said that with that colour scheme her c normals and regular stein lasers are harder to see?
-
If Kokonoe's only option to gattle into 6b is from a 2a or 5a, does that mean that you can mash her out of her overhead with just fast normals?
-
It doesn't look too bad for Mu if these changes are true Mu-12 Counter Assault – Improved the attack hitbox hopefully, it can hit people who were using a crouching attack Jump 2C – Increased hurtbox size understandable Sword of Decimation – Fully charged version now has the same recovery time as the normal version Sword of Infinity – Time it takes to cross over the opponent has decreased, making it easier to hit the opponent sounds like a buff, but we will see Origins – Is now invincible on startup, and then has armor midway through as opposed to being fully armored. Decreased knockback and untechable time i am going to miss the guaranteed clashes and her dp sounds overall nerfed http://shoryuken.com/2014/02/13/arc-system-works-releases-changelist-for-upcoming-blazblue-chronophantasma-balance-patch/

C0R disagrees on that -
How much is the frame advantage (or rather the blockstun) on an activated graviton?
-
You meant the grand finals that was uploaded a few hours ago? Grand finals Lord Knight (Valkenhayn) vs SKD (Ragna) SKD won

Inquiring about some missing info in the Mu wiki. -6b. I know that it still has some foot invulnerability, but has it stayed the same as in CSE (8~23F)? Reason for this is when i clash my dp against Hakumen's 3c, i have sometimes been succesful using 6b to hit him out of his 3c , but not every time. So i am not sure if i have been too slow on my 6b or if the foot invul. starts later in CP - OD totsuka. It hits multiple times but does it prorate once or multiple times?
-
gg's to all whom i played today with my horrid Mu GG's as well, but my Mu is not that good though

Can't characters with very strong neutral like Hazama or even Mu outplay and somewhat turtle Carl?
