This matchup is ridiculous. All the projectile abusers will have problems because HAKUMANZ can black hole them easily. ... in fact, he can black hole EVERYTHING (including Sword Iris, IIRC). Also, since he got his new 4C and j.C, he can approach more safely.

The timing for GG1's combos feels weird sometimes, specially the Dust combos. But when you get used to that, you'll never let the enemy touch the ground

Can't Haku black hole Ara's shit? I'm sure he can do that with the insects and some D attacks, but I haven't checked if it's same with the fog or other special moves.

I use Rachel in CT and I do think that CS' tops are more beatable than CT's. DENIED

ABOVE Hakumen? what the fuck? how? EDIT: The thing about Litchi and Bang being god tier is that they're god tier on CONTINUUM SHIFT standars, not MvC2, or Jojo's, or HnK. Wait, wasn't "god tier" (by definition) a char that literally OWN the rest of the casting with practically no big problems? That would put Bang and Litchi out of that definition. They're very good, but they still need some effort to win (and they definitely can be defeated by other, lower ranked, chars). It's not like MvC2's Mags or Sentinel, who can merciless rape the rest of non-Top chars in game because they can take great advantage of that game's stupid gimmicks (while the rest of other chars can't).

What the fuck. It's true that Hakumen doesn't prorate like crazy, his black holes give him a lot of help with those projectile spammers (and even shit like Boobie Lady's SUBAME GAY SHEE) and he'll overall better and safer to play... but I wouldn't put him the way you described him. He still has limited mobility and highly punishable if she messed up his shit.

ATG: I think there's something that you miss. While it's true that Nu and Rachel are zoning based chars (Arakune wut?!), but I don't think Rachel's overall awesomeness in CT is because of that. She was also nice rushing down, as long as she had enough Sylpheed (most of the time ). Her zoning capabilities are good, but the rest of her stuff is better. ... and that's why I don't quite like her in CS. Her zoning wasn't improved (THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT), slower Sylpheed regen doesn't let her rushdown like before and her stuff has horrible prorating now because of how damage scaling works now Gawd, I wish they consider that for rebalance in CS. Either they make her a very good zoning char, or they give her a bit better tools to deal damage.
