Tbh if you aren't decent yet, you shouldn't even hang in Haven's room. The only thing you will learn there is how to be a punching bag. It's better to play someone you can almost beat, that way it's mostly a GG and you push your limits to try and get that win.

Give it a slight delay after 6a, before you input 2147b. 7214b works in hazama's case, but with ragna it just complicates things.

After trying out 7214b method, I can confirm that its definitely easier. Problem is, now I need to practice it to be a bit more consistent with it, cause it messed up muscle memory for 2147b, so now I drop it a lot, lol.

I do it with 2147b. You don't do it immediately after 2c, there's a slight pause.

He really doesn't look too broken tbh. His most damaging combos involve 214b loop and that thing is not easy to pull off.
