RIP, U. Noel's the easiest; who'd you use?

As for what to use, it tends to not matter so long as the quality is retained; compare to the attachment and you can see the quality got bopped. If you think a reupload is going to diminish the quality, just link straight to the source (well, link to the source either way).

They get full guardpoint from startup till the end of being active. U. Izayoi becomes a wall But she just gets so much that'd be coo'~ j.22D, teleport~6D, useful Trans-Am, aaaah~ U. Noel's RNG comes in the form of j.214A, she'll use a regular Thor missile or a hype super-Thor missile at complete random. The super missile does more damage, has more hitstun, and launches much higher.

U. Tsubaki isn't too bad, but I don't know enough about BBCP Tsubaki to know how much is improvement or not. Her OD DD isn't hype, though. U. Izayoi meanwhile is almost a character. U. Izayoi is what Izayoi should've been (other than some invul she gets on 623B/C), she'd be like... average \o/ You can almost have honest matches with Unlimiteds now, rather than it just becoming Mahvel ToD (Noel can ToD you if she has good RNG 8 times in one combo. Fuck RNG in fighting games).

They're a lot less bs than their past iterations (U. Arakune is better now, though), and some have less tools than their normal counterparts. Additionally, everything "special" about OD is gone from them now. Izayoi doesn't gain Zero Weave, Platinum doesn't have infinite items, Bullet doesn't retain Heat Up, etc etc. OD is universal: do more damage, autogain heat, access to a new DD. Sure you can still do bs things, but in general, Unlimiteds are worse now in most aspects but damage. On netplay, Amane automatically wins after gaining the life lead, which is nice and all, but the fun-tier is hella low doing that.

But at the cost of pink names and actually having anything interesting.

Is it natural to lose to one of the best not-Kokonoe's in the game? To an extent, sure.

The time Noel's eyes reverted back to being 'lush' was after a long period of her dead-eyed state, was active when her life was getting even shittier, and immediately went on to remain dead-eyed for the rest of the conversation. It's unlikely that it was supposed to be that way, and frankly, would be even more out of place if it was intended.

Since this has come up a fair amount of times for whatever reason; I'd like to point out that the BBCP speculations and theories thread is completely plot-related. This is not the place to guess/wish/assume which characters will be playable in the future, especially given how random the BB series is at that subject. It's offtopic, and the only 'discussion' that comes from it is someone else coming along and informing others why their ideas are unlikely. Unfortunately, I can't really tell you a place to go if you wanna wishlist/theorize future playable characters; it's hardly relevant to any part of the site.
