Arguable. U. Celica beats U. Mu on a matchup level, though because of Dia and 236B stopping U. Mu's fish setup. But yeah, some characters are just fucked by U. Mu 4D~6D > j.6D~j.4D spam and desperation 2D when pressured, whereas U. Celica doesn't have that sort of keepaway and Dia can be baited.

U. Lambda shares moves and mechanics with Labrys from Persona 4 Arena (axe gauge included), as well as having a 3C that always hard knockdowns. U. Celica is just an asshole. One of the best Unlimiteds, if for nothing more than gross levels of resilience. You cannot buy the Unlimiteds from the console marketplaces. They are very cheap in-game and everything gives you P$, so it'd be weird to have them purchaseable, unlike Sin in Xrd who cost an abnormally high amount of W$.

Any x should be playable/I hope y is playable/z is gonna play like posts that happen during EVO will get minor warnings. I won't have access to no-fun bot, so punishment is the alternative folks to not listening to rules.

To be fair, most stuff in the spinoffs has no foreshadowing whatsoever until the spinoff itself happens (other than Phase Shift series). I mean, Mai and Kajun were bffs to the Academy Trio but their existence was nothing up until CP after RH actually became a thing. Whether or not Raquel is a presence to be concerned about nobody has any idea, but her not being mentioned is in line with all the other spinoff cast (which makes things obnoxious for people who only have access to the games).

It's not even a patch. It was a second game being given for free. It seems like a glitch. Xbox NEVER does that. Which explains why only the digital copy got it, because it wasn't a patch to begin with.

When I turned on the X1 version, there was no prompt for an update. Though my copy is physical, not digital.

Well every time 720 came out, wasn't it when the playback was recorded as the stage was still being reset? I don't know how inputs are treated as the game is fading back in, but from that video, every time the recording was played back after the stage was completely faded in, no 720. Every time it was played back during the fade in, 720. Not that it isn't silly if that's the case, but...

Minerva is odd. She seems to be a disjointed physical attack. She beats Sledge, and activates Noel/Hakumen's Astral, as well as Yukikaze. However, activating those counters doesn't "catch" Celica immediately, ie, upon activating Hakumen's Astral with Minerva, Celica can cancel into whatever. Activating Terumi's counter with Minerva will catch Celica immediately.

Personally I didn't notice any particular difference when playing the X1 version online over PS3 version. It sure was a ghost town, though, so I have only fought four people on X1, and three were JP. Not the best sample pool.
