    Confirmed, Snow stage is too blue for the general public, banned on netplay like black/gold palettes in P4A. Susanooh is also too seigi and soft-banned so long as either player has turned it off in the options.

    As a Noel main, Noel isn't a real character, so she's a different tier of dumb; a fraudulent bad kind of dumb, close to Mu dumb, but still her own dumb. Characters like Hazama, now that's advanced dumbness. But all those D's still lose to respective moves, ID is a true DP, Noel's Ds are just reversals. You also can throw Noel out of every Drive, even 2D (airthrow, but still).

    Because VA'ing is only relevant once every couple of years, and only applies to the English side, and only for 2-5 characters at a time. There's not really a point to it.
