For two characters, especially with Platinum's and Amane's big hair, it'd be pretty hard to do much of anything without shrinking. Heads alone works on a 'fitting' level, but Platinum being eye-level with Amane is weird as fuck imo :x

I personally am not that comfortable making avatars with shrunken sprites (which is the only way both would fit), but I have prepared a cleaned version of Amane's sprite in that palette if somebody does wish to take up your request; http://i.imgur.com/y1BGe.png And of course, Platinum the Sayaka is readily available.

From what I can tell, you want Platinum's Chrono portrait art in a new color, which requires that recolor to be made, and Amane's Extra sprite, which requires the recoloring of a sprite (which is easy enough, though). Basically I think the reason your request hasn't been made is because the 'pieces' are not readily available.

Fankit that was released by ArcSys, it's not the sprite that's used in-game but it's close enough for edits.

Tsubaki's hair really isn't sort of possible, it's like taking a marker to hair, what's going on with Saya is still largely unknown, Nu being artificially created isn't much of an excuse with Noel and Lambda being blondes. As for Platinum, yes, her hair has three tones, blond, orange, and pinkish/peach, it gives off the general appearance of a blond, but it is still a very unnatural shift.
