  1. Alright alright. Time for some new material. I've uploaded a couple of videos (like 4, although i've got like 15 of them) for some advice. I think they were pretty good but, meh. Yes these are out of order but whatever. These were recorded in one 2 hour long session. The first one isn't that great. I uploaded the later ones because I thought they were better...although I haven't really looked at them. Rawfuls vs. Rinsuku - lol at the beginning I had to change my buttons...I didn't realize I recorded that... Rawfuls vs. Rinsuku 7 Rawfuls Vs. Rinsuku 10 Rawfuls Vs. Rinsuku 11 Anyway. Please give my friend some advice. :3 >.> Just realized my av is gone. T_T

  3. Probably your best bet. Pressure them before they get you?
  4. Check here. http://dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6725
  5. That's what I do...All the Kewl kids do it.
  6. after a j.b if they're still blocking you can do j.c or j.a to keep the pressure on. 6b is decent to use every once in a while after 5c or 6c but it's kind of predictable and most people can just 5a you out of it.
  7. The first combo works and the second one doesn't. I did the first one no problem. What it sounds like is your doing the ice car too late. I usually do the B ice car as soon as the J.C connects so it was no problem. As for the second one they can tech before the B ice car. I don't really know why. (It's 3 Am and I'm too lazy to figure it out.)
  8. OMG People! Get on LIVE! T_T I've only had 1 game that had 4 people in it, they were all Japanese. I couldn't find anyone in singles...
  9. Easier said than done. Most of my troops get smashed before I even get a chance to do anything. I try to counter with the opposite type but that doesn't work very well for me. Meh. I'll figure it out.
  10. I can't really say much about it. :/ I haven't even beat the game yet. Using Sin/Izuna T_T Things are not going well. Enlighten me PLOX.
  11. So uhh...GG2 on Exhibition mode is really hard... Especially when it's 2 on 2. T_T Any ideas? It's really hard to balance out troops while fighting.
  12. I'll just kind of throw in my opinion where I can. Most of the time, from what I see. Tournaments are posted WAY ahead of time, so I think that being late should be a DQ. Not saying that things don't happen, but most people have cell phones (right?) and should be able to call ahead of time in case something should happen. Most of these tournaments extend until way in the night (12:00am-1:00am) From late entries AND TOs. TOs should be able to organize everything so that it's on time or close to it. I do think microphones are necessary because there are too many people trying to talk and the TOs can't get anything done if the people don't show because they can't hear their names. Either people need to be quiet or TOs need a mic. As for Majors: I didn't know that top people had to show for it to be a Major. I thought it was a major because of the major turnout or Lots of people from different states come together (Evo, NEC, etc...). Iunno. I mean the tournies I go to have mostly 10-15 people per game. If we're lucky. So I'd say like 80-150 could be a Major. Look at EVO. It could be a considered a major even if it wasn't on the roster of games to play because of the turnout.
  13. It's only in this one.
  14. I kind of just want to shit myself. This is such a bad matchup.
  15. Alright....I miss the orb....T_T
  16. So...where are the combos that end in the orb? Or is it not as practical anymore?
  17. Ugh....I feel stupid now..... *goes to look at frame data*
  18. Nope. You'd still get busted.
  19. If anyone could post some Anji Vids that aren't on Youtube, that would be great. I can't watch youtube, or get to the most popular file downloading sites. I'm pretty screwed.
  20. Alright, I guess I can try and give some advice for this match. This is my first try at really giving advice on a matchup so please correct any errors. Testament just tries to keep you mid range with his traps and exe beast. A lot of Anji's pokes can really stop testaments webs/trees. some options against the web: 6p - If he tries to rush you after he sets up a web, use 6p to slip under his attack (he will more than likely use c.s or f.s to combo you.) 5h - Really good range and hits both sides so even if his web is somewhere near you it will get rid of it. 6k - No surprise here folks. If you can time it right, autoguard those webs and use the K counter. P counter doesn't really help at all in this matchup. 5p - If it's infront of you and tries to jump or Badlands out of random. [Needs testing] 6s - Godly poke in this matchup, gets rid of most webs since it stretches almost half-screen. Some options against the trees are: Super Jump - As you all know, just going over the trees will cause them to activate. 6k - Autoguard the trees as they activate to surprise Teste if he tries to rush you. Usually the K counter is the best since it has good invicibility and can get traps also. 2d(?) - Not sure. I think it will activate the trees and you'll recover fast enough to either block it or not get hit at all. [Needs Testing]. I'm sure there's others, but I can't think of them at the moment. His exe beasts are really annoying since they can hit infront or behind you: 6k - Autoguard those beasts and K counter! (As stated above) IB - Should let you escape if he doesn't cancel the exe beast. Super jump - If he does it from behind you super jump away and bait him using D in the air to stop your momentum. HS Fuujin - If you can time it Super Sonic your way through that beast and get that CH! If he cancels it he'll more than likely block it but will CH you if you pick the wrong follow up. Anji's DAA is horrible in this matchup (As almosts everyone else's) since you don't have any invicibility at the start of the attack. If he gets in your face, your only real option is to block the mix-up or Autoguard your way out. Autoguarding is way too risky in my opinion unless you're a master of it (even then it's still really risky since he get a counter and BL loop you for 50% - 70% life). Watch out for his 6p (overhead) and 2k. He uses those a lot as his mixup. Anji's Shitsu pressure will help out a lot since teste doesn't really have a good way of escaping pressure either. Use P attack after Fuujin to get webs near you and stop teste in his tracks. The only problem is that if he sees this coming he can CH you and do a badlands loop...again.
  21. Link to the vid please...although I can't look at Youtube....
  22. Damn, I didn't expect my thread to revive. So from the sound of it...we need AC in arcades and not consoles? /phoenix down
  23. I can't wait to see your improvements. Hopefully I'll be back in NC in June/July with a good job and whatnot.
  24. I propose that we do a combined Anji combo video. Just to show off everyone's skills with teh sex.
  25. I picked him as a last resort actually. I didn't really know how to play with any of the cast. It was kinda hard for me to play with them for some reason. I saw Anji and decided to try him out. I saw the Youtube video "Harujion", and that really got me hyped for Anji. I went to the next tourney and won a couple of matches. I was extremely happy with my progress and boom! Anji became my main.
