It's kind of a lose-lose situation for Capcom. If they introduce more "balanced" characters, people like me complain about how boring and one-dimensional the cast is, but when they create a character well-equipped for the SF4 engine (which hasn't happened since Vanilla Ryu), it ruins the game. It's not like Yun has really dominated the tourney scene yet, either, so the complaints seem a little preemptive (though I don't doubt he will with time). The only person to win a major with Yun so far is Daigo, and he's going to win regardless of which character he picks.

The problem with SF4 Yun is that he's a B-tier character in a game full of D-tier characters. He has every tool that should be standard for fighting game characters, but he's surrounded by one-trick ponies, so he stands out as "broken".

Fixed Third Strike is still the best fighting game ever.

I'm moving into an apartment in Denton next week, so I'll be closer to Dallas and whatnot on weekends. I have to stick with Bang. I don't know how any of these other characters work.

Tager vs CT Carl was worse.

I don't have a problem with the character (at least not for the sake of this post). It's just that she's the only character I see online other than the occasional Tsubaki or Hazama who can't finish Jayakou combos. It's harder to catch her with Bang's slower normals, and when you do, he doesn't hit nearly as hard. It's not CT bad, but it's close. Downloaded
