@matt The SG vs HK tourney happened on XBL. And the two countries have high internet speed (standard sa SG is 7.2mbps afaik, and theyre on a country wide wi-max) ...Japan runs on a 100+mbps speed, wtffffffffffffff. So yeah, our best bet is to either go there OR ask someone with an 8mbps internet connection for some help. Sa HK side, they did the tourney in someone's house dahil mataas connection dun IDEA: tie-up with skycable's 112mbps plan or whichever internet provider has a high internet plan. Make an event out of the tie-up to prove the internet subscriber's fast internet usage. Best part: ITS FREE ON BOTH PARTIES' END

@SG topic As i said many moons ago (around november-december) going to Singapore is very doable. It'll cost anyone p7,500 to go there on an affordable airline and thats a roundtrip ticket. Lodging is a different story though. I don't think portions of entrance fees will do the job to get winners to play in SG to compete in whatever tourney they will make, so the next best thing to look at would be 'corporate event partners' aka sponsors. Unfortunately, a lot of em are on a fixed budget (even if sabihin mong 7.5k lang yan), and the best chance of asking em again is november 2011 (when they make budgets). So i dunno if PSN is exactly the best venue for us to play with them if ever. Last tournament i've seen in singapore when i was there was in AFA and they didn't allow the use of pads afaik to go with a smoother gameflow. We need to know what their expectations are for the tournament and how much is the entrance fee for them and if willing silang pahiramin yung buong lugar until X time (preferably till 10pm or midnight sana hahaha) 4.) Inform them also about our event with E2Gaming para lang may transparency. We don't know kasi if E2Gaming has plans to open shop in UM or somewhere near. I think its for the best that we show transparency. @BBCS2 1.) I'll let everyone know when we'll have the CS2 Launch Party, CS2 Ranking Battles, and CS2 2V2 team battles. -CS2 Launch party will have casuals, random 2v2 battle (because last year, Pete proved to us what happens in a 3v3 KOF style random team battle), and heart to heart talk with Bert. Randomization will probably happen on-site. Launch event will happen at least two weeks from the US release date (unless we get ahold of 1-2 more JP copies)) -CS2 Ranking Battles will implement same old rules (such as main-sub). People who finish 1st-3rd will be seeded for the second ranking battles as a side reward as well. As usual, RanBats will happen once every 2-3 months. More to follow. -CS2 2v2 Team Battles will be back due to its success during Guuuuraaaando Casuals. We'll be reformatting some rules to ensure that everyone will enjoy this exciting event. Yes we'll require team names again, less than three words please. 2.) Details such as venue, entrance fee, etc will follow as soon as CS2 comes out so we can make the plans more solid. Is there a difference in recovery time if you use one bomb vs three bombs? Yeah I read that a while ago in the combo section, no wonder i can't get 6b to work properly =D And yuh, i do agree that plat doesn't have an "idealized" overhead blockstring (i'd call it an autopilot blockstring though if there ever was one, like makoto's 2a>5b>5cc>6b(overhead)5c). Best thing about plat is she can fire off a 6b from almost anywhere in her string (you can try for a reset if you're daring enough), and she has a tk swallow moon. Lol i saw swallow moon>land>dramatic sally XD Oh yeah, what do you guys usually use your 50% meter for? I find myself DA-ing more than often than most characters that i've used XD

I dont think you can 2c (i dont have a psp with me at the moment, at work haha) since they'll recover in mid-air if I'm not mistaken.
