Actually, he has good fuzzy set-ups on half the cast now (MIXUPS), his j.C can cross-up a lot easier now (MIXUPS), Hell's Fang oki is seriously a lot better this time around (OKI), the new j.D and 6B changes allows him to extend his combos (DAMAGE). Combine this with his already good pressure, amazing spacing and neutral, and his great heat gain, you have a REALLY good character. Not dumb, but still great.

I'll be honest, I personally feel like he won't even drop that much, even if he DOES drop. He's actually really strong this time around. Hell, I felt he was good in CS2, but no one listens yo.

It seems he can get good reward even off his lower risk stuff, honestly, so I'd say more Medium risk/High reward. Apparently the new JBBS match-up chart shows that he has no bad match ups. No wonder Japan thinks he's still S-tier.
