True, true. From all the vids I've watched the things that are really scary to me are, parry rapid cancel combos, suddenly being in the corner and getting oki'd, and the fact that, that damn comet makes her mixup difficult to fucking see. All that and the damage.

This combo leads to 6k without CH or meter. Hell yeah she's scary lol.

So my schedule just got changed again. Once I make sense of it I'll let you guys know when I can host. Pretty much I'm going to be back to working weekday evenings M-Th. Will work some Saturdays. So any meets I host will likely either be Friday/Saturday ones. Maybe next Friday or Saturday I could host? Saturday would have to start at around 5.

Looks like I'll be working during the week mostly. This is both bad and good. I'll probably be able to attend/host some Friday/Saturday meetups as well as attend/host some weekday ones as well. Any weekday ones I host will have to start at around 5:00-5:30 though. They won't need to have a set endtime though since I don't sleep lol. best days for me would be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays since I have other nerd shit to do on Mondays now.

Wesker is really good IMO and Chun's assist is great fucking stupid. It hits on both sides of her. If you haven't yet I definitely suggest picking up the strategy guide. I saw it at Wal-Mart for $20. Also, I can't really make it to meetups right now but, if anyone ever wants to play on PSN or come by my place during the week for MvC3 I'm down. I usually completely free Sunday-Thurs.

So what teams are you all playing in MvC3 anyways? I'm still experimenting with various characters. Mostly Logan/Hulk/Akuma though.

After every Vs. match there is an option to save. I didn't even notice it until after SSF4 lol. Because its Mahvel baby.

For people who have ever seriously played a fighting game, doing a DP motion on reaction is very easy, and doing a complex combo is a daily thing. For casuals, children, and complete novices its a nigh impossibility. For anyone who is like, "I want to be good at this game." simple mode might as well not exist. Forget that its there and don't worry about it. Simple/beginner modes are for people who pick up a game and says, "I want to beat up my friends." Its kinda liked the difference between people who actually play instruments and people who play Guitar Hero at parties. EDIT: P.S. Who cares about god killing furries?

I ragequit that video no less than 3 times, because of the sheer fuckwitery of most of his complaints. I think the guy has some legitimate gripes with MvC3 if you look at it from a purely casual standpoint. I see where he's coming from with the lack of full motion endings its kinda lazy. The fact that there is no spectator mode or replays is just unacceptable. The PS2 version of 3rd Strike has replays for crissakes. His complaints about buttons are invalidated because he thinks that MvC2 has the same layout as SF. So beginners get owned by people playing in simple mode? Thats the whole point of it. So people who are random mashers can have fun playing against casual fans. Randoms using simple aren't very common online so whats the worry?

The SRK forums are almost completely useless as far as finding info on MvC3. Useless post after useless post. Anyways, sorry I can't really attend/host meetups any more. :/ I work specifically on Fridays and Saturdays so I'm pretty much boned. If anyone wants to play me in Marvel on PSN shoot me a line.
