The way you tech in BB is probably my biggest issue with the game. Its the thing I have the hardest time wrapping my head around when I'm playing.

EDIT: I have a small digital camera. If I can get my hands on a bigger memory stick I could probably get fair quality footage of stuff.

Update on the Playstation Eye cam. I got it working but I might still need a capture card and all that jazz in order to actually save the video. Edit: Did a test stream on ustream. Might be able to stream stuff to there and save it. I'm pretty much a complete n00b with this sort of thing so if anyone has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate it. Also could possibly do some video editing on the PS3 itself since it has a video editor application

Update on recording matches! I got my hands on my friends Playstation Eye. I need to test it on my roommates PC and see what kind of footage I can get. Not sure when I'll be able to do that. I tried to get it working on a laptop at work using this and couldn't figure it out. If anyone has any ideas or has a laptop and wants to come over in the next few weeks and help me figure it out that'd be awesome. Once its sorted out we could potentially record matches and upload them to u2b or whatever.

The thing I've heard about those types of things is that they have about a 2 second lag. Which would make playing any game, let alone a fighter, impossible.

I've looked into this a slight but, from what I've gathered capture cards run at least $60. I've been thinking about using a webcam to record matches but I don't even have a PC anymore. I'd be willing to let you borrow my webcam though if you are willing to test it out and check the quality. The 8 way run stream uses a Playstation Eye camera to film the players but I don't know how good game footage would look. EDIT: Apparently a friend of mine has the Playstation Eye. He's going to lend it to me. I'll try to get some footage and then see what it looks like.

I definitely can't host Friday. Uncharacteristically, I have to work. Saturday I don't get off until 4-4:30 or something so we'd have to start at like 5:30 :/ I think I'm gonna have to pass all together again. Fucking work.

Good to hear everyone had a badass time at the beatup. I'm flat broke so I won't be going anywhere anytime soon. :/ But hopefully we can get at least one more meetup at my place before 2011. If not, no worries. Also, guess what I found today?
