Sup? I live in the Richardson/North Dallas area. Very close to Richland College. I'm definitely interested in going to some meetups once my schedule clears out a bit. I just moved but once I get settled in I might be open to hosting. Currently I have GGAC no plus BBCS for PS3 Mu unlocked, I'll be getting Makoto next month and Valk as soon as he drops. As an oddity I also own Arcana Heart 1 :P Also as a side note I actually own the stick mentioned Its not bad as a starter. Its easily modable from what I've seen but mine is more or less stock. The stick is stiffer than the Sanwa JLF that come stock on TE's, which I like as its much easier to execute IAD's because it snaps back to neutral harder. The buttons are iffy at best. I should really replace mine. It definitely is not as high quality as some of the other sticks available.

Admittedly I'm ass at this game but, I'll throw my two cents in since this is one of the few matchups I have any experience in. One of the things I found actually useful against Mu is D~B. My understanding is that the B followup is usually garbage but, in this match it makes it a hell of a lot easier to avoid her laser field unscathed.

I never get a dash but sometimes if you land 214D~C too deep you can definitely go under the person. Shit happens all the time to me against Lambda and Mu.

Any tips on this? I tried it about 6 times against a friend of mine and it was blocked every time. I was under the impression that it just hit them out of the recovery of forward rolls but, it seems that if they block it doesn't work. Am I doing the option select with the wrong motion? 214214+A+B ? Or is it a timing thing?

Yeah some friends and I had the same thing happen to us when KoF98UM came out. I hope Sony gets around to releasing a patch for that.
