Considering it's officially Platinum, even in the Japanese version on the character screen, calling her Platina is just stupid. So when you play as her, I'm gonna guess her Luna personality is the one you're playing as? Her movements and actions seem very unlike Sena or Trinity. Not saying they fit Luna too much either, but they fit her more than the other two.

Also, I was wondering something about the palettes: I know that the other characters aren't included with the DLC unless you actually download the file, but since Makoto came with them rather than having them attached to the DLC files, they're included with her palettes in her sprite set, right? Or am I completely wrong? Honestly I don't know shit about ripping sprites and whatnot so this is probably a stupid question.

Expecting her to come out in October in the first place was a stupid guess to begin with. Given the problems they had with Valk in general, it's only natural they'd delay working on her for a bit. Mid-November is probably the earliest we'd see her.

Miss Vee is truly awesome; that's amazing that she dubbed over that. She did such a wonderful job, too (though that'd be implying she doesn't normally do an awesome job.)

Litchi looks fine, as do the breasts (I am well aware of how much of an innuendo that sounds like.) Only problem I have is that her neck seems a bit off, but that could just be me being stupid. Makoto, on the other hand, is my favorite of all the Noel-ified characters you've produced so far. Everything about it just looks perfect, seriously. THAT is awesome. The skirt honestly doesn't look that bad, and the shoes are fine. It's a solid edit all around. Also, I feel like I've seen it before, like what it's from just barely eludes me.

Now THAT is pretty much perfect. Funny how such small edits make it look so different, though it's for the better. I don't think Miss Vee was just trying to be nice, because quite frankly they're awesome edits. Yes, I'd imagine Tao would be quite a pain to do. All the females as Noel would look great, though Litchi wouldd be a pain because of the bust, like you said...is it possible to use the bust from Litchi's sprites and then edit them to look like they belonged to Noel's? Well, regardless, I look forward to whatever you make next. Ohh, very nice. The one on the left is my favorite, but the other two are just as good. If you don't mind me asking, though, what's wrong with the breasts? ARAKUNE. Or maybe Bang. I know, I'm being weird. Huh, never would've thought Noel would be such a perfect model for all of them. It's not terribly sloppy; I think you did fine. As for what to improve, I'd say...well, maybe change the gun's colors to match each respective girl, but I can't think of anything else. You pretty much covered all the bases; great work. The head looks fine to me, actually, though my knowledge of spriting is very limited so for all I know it very well could be. Either way, it's still a good job. If you don't mind me asking, any plans to Noel-ify some other cast members? I was working on something bigger than these, like, real editing stuff. But I keep messing up on the skirt so I wanted a break with some small junk to hopefully try and improve, it isn't helping. Stoppingramblingnowsorry.
