  1. It seems very likely that we'll see Amaterasu in the Story Mode of this game, at least I'd wager so. Also I'd imagine Kokonoe fights with either magic or a mix of magic and technology. Her Astral is probably Snap Weapon: Infinity Gravity, the thing she used on Relius in the Sector Seven storyline.
  2. Grew some douche points? He acted no different than he always does. They're both equally good. Why does one have to be better than the other? Hakumen is the most likely option to have anything about them in Arcade Mode; if they aren't in his, then it probably will be covered in the Story Mode of the console release.
  3. He still got over it in his own storyline, and it had nothing to do with anything such as fighting honorably or not striking somebody already downed or whatever. So yes, he did.
  4. There was a similar case back awhile ago when Melty Blood: Actress Again first came out. One of the new playable characters, Riesbyfe Stridberg, previously appeared in another character's Last Arc (read: Astral except not instakill) before being playable. They remedied this by simply changing the previous character's Astral to be something brand new that didn't include her. I personally don't think we'll see Jubei as playable, but if they did, it's not a stretch for them to change Tao's Astral. From a purely gameplay standpoint, Izayoi (so far) isn't Tsubaki at all. So it really shouldn't change any of the Tsubaki mains.
  5. Izayoi is an Armagus Weapon, not a Sankishin. There are only three Sankishin like the name implies: Tsukuyomi, Susanoo, and Amaterasu.
  6. I'd get infracted for going too far off-topic by filling the thread up with nearly every character from anything. That being said: I can't tell if you're trying too hard to troll, or you're just that much of a simpleton.
  7. That only applies to one-shot villains and filler characters. Haven't you ever read/watched anything? Likely the story will be a bit more streamlined and cohesive, and much easier to wrap one's head around than trying to connect all the dots.
  8. Hold up. The Six Heroes arc will be ending, yes. This doesn't mean Jubei will suddenly be irrelevant, nor does it mean the other Six Heroes will be either. Focus on them will just shift to something else, but they're still key players in the storyline, especially considering four of the six are currently playable. Jubei will still have his moments to shine even if he never is playable past CP.
  9. As far as I recall, the previous version only had DLC because they couldn't finish the three characters in time for the actual release and didn't want to push it back. Guessing at DLC right now is a bit silly.
  10. Jubei does not seem like the type of character to be playable; rather he fits the role of the master or teacher who is always supporting from the side and is out of the player's reach, making him that much more compelling and interesting. And Saya, as one of the key villains of the series, has several reasons to be playable.
  11. Best joke in the entire thread.
  12. Sounds more like people just didn't know how to fight her. Unless I just got lucky and every CT Nu I ever fought was just terrible.
  13. No worries man; my fault for not realizing you meant them.
  14. Didn't mean to imply that; if I ended up doing that then it's because I wrote something wrong. Good points. Why learn to fight against her zoning properly when you can just hate?
  15. Who says they're being finished separately? That's just an assumption on a lot of people's part, and a wild one at that. Hakumen and Nu, and in the case of P4U, Elizabeth and both Labrys's were all finished before they were player unlocked. They were just secret characters the player did not have immediate access to. This is more than likely the same case. I don't even know why anybody thinks that them being finished separately is even remotely possible with just how far-fetched it is. Back on the topic, I wonder if Nu will get the same hate she did in CT. Probably likely, if only because people hate on Murakumos whenever they can.
  16. Why are people acting like this is a new concept or the end of the world? CT did the same thing with Nu before, this is nothing revolutionary. Nu and Mu players will be able to live without them for awhile.
  17. You guys all act like this is the first time Vulcan has posted something stupid. I will grant you, however, that the post about the Murakumos is extraordinarily stupid, even for him.
  18. Blade, keep your idiotic musings to yourself. Anyways, I found in Makoto's storyline, at the part where she mentions Noel and Hazama says 'who the Hell are you' right before you fight him? It was in Japanese on one playthrough for me, but in English every single other time. Don't know if it was just a glitch or something else.
  19. Quit exaggerating.
  20. I heartily lol'd. You should go into stand-up. Because you are funny. Funny thing is, I once played with a guy who used a stick while I used a pad. Stick broke first and yet I've had the same pad for about eight years now. Pads are much more durable than you think, so you seriously must be doing something incredibly wrong. Really I'd feel more motivated to argue every point you brought up, but my attention to this is rapidly dwindling, and we'd stretch things on for about ten or so pages with nobody willing to budge and nobody really truly considering eachother's points and overall just wasting a shit-ton of time, so I'll just save us the time and say 'okay, you kids have fun with your sticks.' Though I do honestly suggest looking into some professional help if you really keep breaking pads. Because you are some sort of high level of fucked up if you keep breaking them like that. Also, I could've swore this wasn't a 'sticks vs pads' thread...oh yes, it isn't. But I suppose thinking somebody could stay on topic, much less refrain from the chance to become King Swaggercock (or should I say King Swaggerstick in this case?) is beyond the average Dustloop user. Of course I'm just as bad for having gone along with this little song and dance, but oh well~
  21. I don't know if they're godlike, but they are freakishly huge. I believe it's some sort of birth defect actually. Either way, this thread is honestly the first I've heard of anybody getting tired playing a pad; I've never once heard of it before be it locally or online. If you've been exposed to heavy gamma radiation, maybe. Or you keep buying some shitty flimsy one instead of a sturdy pad. Or you're just fabulously retarded.
  22. Probably should've phrased that better. If your thumbs ARE getting tired then you're doing it wrong. And if you're breaking the pad then you're not only doing it completely wrong, but you have severe anger issues far surpassing my angry ass and should seek help.
  23. Considering you're an even bigger dumbass than I am, I feel that would just be fueling your stupidity.
