Worked on the ones I tested it on (Narukami, Mitsuru, Liz, Chie) and is only a bit more difficult with Chie, but still possible.

That reminds me, I have to do a writeup or vid on some basic combos and oki setups with him. The man gets air tech oki as well. He's pretty good.

You clever bastard. I like it. And mAc truly shines when he has you in the corner. I think I do better midscreen, but this dude. He pretty aware of the amount of meter he has and knows what his/your options are when your back is against the wall. Though I don't think he has all the scummy tactics quite yet. :3

Bumping this thread before we go to page 2. Florida as a whole really needs to step it up in Persona. And I thought some of that shit at SCR was bad. If you're going to main the damn game, act like you do. Props to South Florida for getting top 4 though.

5A is your best tool against Valk. J.D will get laughed at by anyone who is competent and can use wolf form well. EDIT: Nah, I was talking about the video tutorial effort DL wanted to make for each BB character but it never for anywhere. I would have quoted your post, Toan, but my phone kinda sucks at it.

eeing the damage players are getting off of these counters, I'm not too mad about it. That may change when I actually get my hands on the game. Heaven forbid we have to block overheads instead of completely reversing the momentum off of a gap in a blockstring or a projectile. Instead, they just gave him even more lol damage and meter for blocking/teching/staying alive. Either way, if Hakumen players would put a great effort into video breakdowns and long discussions on matchups using good experience, I'm down. Just hesitant since the last Dustloop effort failed miserably. Know we can do it though.

I don't know about you, but Hakumen's a dude in armor, not a Jedi. Having an invincible Force Push after every successful 6D was pretty silly. You'll still catch those falling jump attacks and other stuff that you're supposed to catch so I'm not too worried. I like the change. And with Dioxide here, a video would be an awesome way to break it down and the thread style's great, but we'll never have that much high-level experience on each other character let alone the strong playerbase to do a proper job with it. I hate being a downer.

Didn't know if this was noticed since I have been away from the game for quite sometime but 2C > SB Zio > OMC will carry the opponent midscreen to the corner and wallsplat them if you dash immediately after the OMC. I don't know exactly what you can do after that but the proration is great and it gives us something to do with 75+ meter off raw midscreen 2C. Trying to get loops down again so I can't test the full potential of it but wanted to throw out the info to see if anyone could use it.

6A is our worst starter now for damage proration now so unless it'll kill, your assumption of it being a waste of meter is probably correct. Never though I would ever type that sentence. This is plain silly.

Yeah, I just would want to maximize damage in the corner and considering how much meter you get with OD, it's not too farfetched. Then again, it's all just theory.

You can fit Tsubaki in there after the throw, I thought. Just wish I could test damage and different combo paths relative to the duration of your OD (100/50/25% health).

I am personally waiting on the throw OD combos so I can confirm my damage before using 5 magatama. It's nice for that comeback factor but I sort of hate this.

It probably has both properties. Usually happens with long-reaching things using the person's weapon or other physically attached attack. Sorta of like Hazama's chains, which cause the physical hitstop of Yukikaze to happen as well as Akumetsu to trigger. Interesting.

Ohh, alright. Still, even the classiest of gentlemen appreciate a fine wine or liquor. But you'll come to it some time later in your life when it isn't forced down your throat. Gave up trying to convince you a while ago lol. And probably not worth it to make the Google+ group. :/
