  5. You have to guess in the match-up when you're on the defensive. It sucks and it's not in your favor but the match-up isn't ridiculously bad. And which version of Hakumen are we talking about here?
  6. Yeah, you take 0.625 times the normal damage (62.5%).
  7. I'm pretty sure after looking over the video that it's not a Training Mode glitch for two reasons: the increased SP gain and the hitstun. With the 800 damage j.B, he gets 5 SP for the hit. Even the max charged version only gives you less than 4 for the hit. Then, you have this: The 800 damage hit seems to have equal or possibly more hitstun. I tried to capture these as accurately as possible at 0.25x speed but they may be a bit off. Both the points aside, simply trying this in Versus mode would rule out a Training Mode glitch as well. Your second idea has some merit though as it could be a specific place/way you have to hit to get it. The only other thing I could think of is a just frame or small number of frames during the charge that makes the j.B do critical damage (800) and even more hit-stun.
  8. His B+D seems really risky in that situation though. The knockdown and reversal of momentum you get off of it isn't worth taking 4k or more in damage when baited properly. It does beat all of our mix-up so we have to respect that Yosuke has it though. And whaaaaaaaaat? I got to see Garu in action now vs. the B+D.

  14. Once I get the game, I'll put a good amount of combos on there. For now, I'm just going through combo vids and translating them for the wiki if that's fine since I already have an account on the wiki. Otherwise, what do you want on there Kiba?
  15. I believe you can much more off of that by doing 5C (2) > 5D > delay 5B > Sweep > D. Garu > land 2A > 5B > 5C > 2C > B. Bufu > what have you for more damage. EDIT: Ninja'd slightly.

You should also discuss what being in Awakening mode (35% health or less) actually means, since not many podcasts or gameplay overviews have noted the defense buff (all attacks do 62.5% damage to you) and unlocking of a Super that can only be used in that mode. Also covering ailments and what situations they are useful in would be helpful as well.

  20. Yeah, you're in the right. Read the first page of the thread and saw it takes 67% of the gauge, leaving you at 33%. So it's more, which makes it even better than I thought. Thanks for the correction.
  21. The burst gauge goes down to 25% instead of being completely depleted.
  22. I can tell from the insane cluster of what you should and shouldn't list (because all of the Garu hitboxes are the same, but not Zio's). I don't know, 2B and the first hit of 5C are pretty ridiculous. No one is doing it full Mitsuru Style though.
