  1. I believe I saw a form of confirmation at some point that this game was slated for a PSN/XBL digital release. Though I'm not sure where, came from digging on JP sites and following links.
  2. The only thing I could add to the front page would be something immediately actractive. We have tons of informative and interesting articles, but they come off as a giant wall of text that can be hard to approach, integrating a large splash feature to preview the articles with images and photos as seen on many websites may be a nice touch to consider. I realise integration of such a feature would be a lot of work, but I'm sure there are individuals such as myself who are willing to see it done.
  3. Hakumen's Yukkikaze is unblockable. The only way you'd be able to "block it" is in a situation like... Mu dp's through the superflash while a laser activates the counter, because her DP has full body guardpoint against all attack types including unblockables, it was display a block-like animation once, maybe twice, then the guardpoint would deplete and the final hit would fatal her.
  4. Balls, Venom. It's a pun see?
  5. Doesn't suprise me, we play enough to see all sorts of glitches, like combo'ing to green throws and clashing with projectiles.
  6. I got thrown by platinum, yes the superflash went off. Possible that I got thrown during the active frames now that i think about it.
  7. So I'm not sure, but; The invunerability on Crue Dot Typhoon seems to be a bit off. I remember quite clearly being thrown out of it on startup; later I checked the frame data and that makes sense, seeing as throws are average 7 frames, so it'll land exactly as the invunerability ends assuming they throw during the super flash. Confirmation? Maybe it was a fluke?
  8. Blazblue is always cheating on you, it's a hot relationship that either burns out quickly or chars itself deep into your heart.
  9. 5c 3c RC 6a 5c 6c habacan... 5c 6c RC 6b... 5c 6c 632146d... 5c 6c 5[d] IAD... 5c 6c 4d 6d 236d... List goes on, you need to pick the best option for the match you're fighting, depending on what you need.
  10. I actually like to poke with 2c at the start, they nearly have equivalent hitboxes, except 2c will catch them jumping at you, and the reward is much higher for a very small increase in risk. Additionally, 2c doesn't extend her hitbox into the next dimension, so will actually trade favorably and won't get poked out.
  11. Hmm, I usually use the dash under- 6a j.2c when escaping from the corner. But have never really tested the maximum you can get, I imagine it would be something like... zomg I must test this combo, brb. Found it. Corner GB combo- GB > Dash Under :5c > 2c > 6c > Charged~SoD > 66~6a > :6b > 66~6a > j.2c > j.5d > 2b > 5c > 2c > j.2c > 3c > SoD > 632146c = 4873 damage, builds 40(-50) meter, 1 stein.
  12. Lol 14 hour drive just to play BB. ... ;w;
  13. Stays mobile, good movement is probably the best indicator of skill.
  14. Don't know, he was good though.
  15. I saw your match with JasonD, good stuff, would have liked to play you. :<
  16. Do you guys know about String, or maybe it was Thread? Very powerful Platinum player from Isreal who showed up at Evo, I was rather impressed.
  17. If you have a laser you can do j.a > 5c, or even j.a > 214d for much higher damage than 2b hitconfirm would allow.
  18. Secret Tech Teasers: Invisible overhead and fuzzy setups- j.b > j.a gatling can be hidden behind command laser on jumpin, the laser also allows you to pick up the j.a overhead into a much stronger combo than usual. Setups revolving around this also allow for rising j.b fuzzies to be combo'd off meterless. Meterless OTG combo setups- Combo off 3c non CH, with no specific pre-memorized timing, setups are also applicable to stein pressure lockdown if your mixup is blocked. Knowledge can also be applied to meterless airthrow combos. Guardcrush setups- Due to the absurd amount of blockstun on SoD4 (36 frames), you can do some very interesting things on RC, mainly 214d, which has a 36 frame startup, allowing for gapless setups that eat 4+ primers. These are especially applicable with the ability of SoD to hit meaty, on the last of the 5 active frames, increasing it's advantage on block from +7 to +11 if you decide to not RC. Airthrow setups- Stein Pressure setups- ( ][ brackets indicate delayed projectile hits: Stein-d, Charged Stein-D, Totsuka Blade-TB ) Settings charged steins pre-knockdown allow you do apply them later in your pressure so long as you know they're coming. These hits can make normally suicidal discussions on offense into incredibly powerful mixup options; an example being meaty 6a > 2b > ]D[ > 236d > ]TBx2[ > IAD crossup j.2c > RC > j.b > ]TB[ > j.4d > ]TB[ > fuzzy j.b
  19. sG and I will bring it when we come down to NCI.

    [CS2] Mu-12 vs Bang

It seems people are looking more poor than they usually would. Dusty/NiggaJoe/Huey and I can make it at least though. Spark might tag along for giggles, I'll keep you posted.

    [CS2] Mu-12 vs Bang

I don't think I lost a match to Bang at Evo. Except of course for Huey25drunk. Dodgebro's juking was too good, I could never get a match with him.

    [CS2] Mu-12 vs Bang

After playing Kensou quite a bit over the course of Evo, I'd like to share my thoughts about this matchup. Damage- Bang's average damage midscreen off a strong starter is... less than 2k. Barely a thousand on crouching, maybe 2.5k with meter. These numbers effectively double in the corner. Mu's average damage off a bad starter is 2k, off a CH; 5-6k. With meter, easily 6k. Topend damage remains the same in the corner, but lowest possible damage doubles. tldr; Mu does TWICE AS MUCH DAMAGE off EVERY HIT. Tools- Dnails is not nearly as effective against Mu as they are against conventional zoners, Habaya presence nullifies them easily; and with her noncommittal zoning, she's free to jump through them when they come out. Mu has a DP, which forces Bang to take safer offensive options, such as less 5d in his pressure, or less dnail resets. Her abundance of large normals with high reward severely limit Bang's mobility, as he cannot afford to trade/lose/contest 2c/5c/j.c when the risk/reward is so skewed in Mu's favor. A very skilled Bang player will still be able to outmaneuver Mu, but his ability to capitalize on his positioning is very, very small. Yo Burning Heart is not good, but it does beat SoD.
