  11. General Start of the Match Neutral Fullscreen Keep moving forward. The only way you can pressure her from this range is by taking a gamble and doing 214D or 214CD. Fireballs are bad in this matchup. Midscreen Watch out for her C persona normals here. Close Range This is where you want to be. She can only use 5A or 2A here. A well spaced 5B beats both of these. Positioning Air | Air Air | Ground Try and get behind her so she can't anti air you with fans as easily. Ground | Air Ground | Ground You can 214x under her 5B.

Punish her Persona if she tries to space with it. Close Range You don't want to be here. This is where Chie is at her strongest. Positioning Air | Air Air | Ground Ground | Air She can't really do anything about 2B. Ground | Ground 2A can low profile 5B at close ranges. Dealing with her R-Action 2AB>5D>9>4>j.B will make her R-Action whiff.

Midscreen Close Range Positioning Air | Air j.B out ranges all of his air normals. Air | Ground Ground | Air Do not mash 2B. He has a million ways to bait it. Roll through kunai and punish. Ground | Ground Dealing with his R-Action His R-Action can be activated by anything, but only affects player characters. 5D>9 makes it whiff. You can also do a rising j.A to bait it and punish on the way down.

  19. I know that it works, it's 2B because it's slightly easier. If you time the 5B wrong j.C comes out on the ground. They all have 95% repeat proration, not 5%. The combo isn't affected because either way you have 1 repeat proration. I did the math, and I had SKD double checking my stuff. If you do the math yourself and come up with something different by all means let me know.
