  4. Hmm...Circ showed me a hitbox of one of her A moves that was pretty terrible. J.B also feels smaller than I thought it would be. It might just be because I was playing as Narukami and dear god his hitboxes are beautiful.
  5. What? On her 5A most of the axe has no hitbox. I didn't say they were small, I said they were smaller than they appear.
  6. Yeah, you could probably buffer the command grab during the super flash since charge times are really short. I'll test that when I go play tomorrow.
  7. Nope. You keep using the persona as normal, and if there's a long enough pause between moves (it's short) the super goes off.
  8. Messed with S.Lab a bit. A lot of her hitboxes are smaller than they look. To keep get awakening super from activating you need to keep making the persona do stuff.

  16. They would jump over 5B and punish. It wasn't on reaction, but at that range it doesn't need to be.

  18. 6A gets bodied by 4D. What I just said doesn't lose to any drive mash. It does lose to smart drive use though.
  19. The thing is, there are ways to condition people in those cases. For 2C whiff, and the distance you need to be for 2C whiff to work, you're pretty much saying "Please autopilot jump out of my pressure and punish me for attempting to hit you." And if you wait after the 2C whiff to see what they are going to do, then you're defeating the whole point of 2C whiff in the first place. Case in point: When I went to PNW, I tried 2C whiff after I thought I conditioned the other player to stay on the ground. I was punished every single time for it.

  21. You can beat Deadspike>Deadspike as Noel with dash 2D. The "FU NOEL" move after Dead Spike is 5D(1)>DS.
  22. You guys aren't even thinking about all of the possible actions the other person could do because you whiffed a 2C...you give up all of your pressure for a shitty gimmick. I'll even help out a bit. What happens if they IB 5C and jump?

  24. 2C whiff doesn't really work in higher levels of play, but it's good against people that like to hit a button on reaction to a whiff animation. It's also pretty terrible as a pressure reset.
