    That's bullshit IMO. No good Jam player will waste his burst on such a thing. If you block a GV, you can hachifu/throw it for free, and get some beefy damage + charge.

    Against May I just play patient. Dolphins and random j.HS are forbidden for May, you can counter each for free with VV's on reaction. j.HS's can also be countered with max distance 5K. Never try to airgrab that shit, you'll get a CH into another shitty loop draining 50-60% of your life. The SW setups are required to be fast, unpredictable and as effective as possible. A crappy setup leads you to a Dolphin reversal into beefy dagame. Once you score a knockdownmor get May in the corner, things should go smoothly. She has no good wake up moves (her overdrives are pretty easy to see, and you can punish the whale if you learn to SB it), so let your mindgames flow. In the corner, normal grab is pretty good, since it has a faster startup than SOl's command throw, and in the corner you get free SW setups with it (Throw > 5K, c.S, TK BR, j.P, j.K, CHSW). Basically, I play as safe as possible, avoiding her okizemes because she can command throw you for free, hi-lo game with the D/[D]/FB jackhound... If she's jumping with j.HS or spaming dolphins, punish that shit with shoryus, then play safe waitin till you get that 50% life SW setup.

  4. Sol has to take some risks to give his best performance. The beauty of good Sol players, is that they know when those risks are guaranteed.

  6. Isa had (I´ll be surprised if he sticks to Sol in this SBO) the most effective playstyle in AC. PC plays an old fashioned #R Style, which is cool, but not as effective as good SW combos + knockdowns. Mouse, 012, Kusoru... they can pull out some crazy shit, but if I had to choose, Isa is THE way to play Sol. PS: This deserved his own thread?

  16. The 3S parry system (where you can actually wakeup parry) ads more depth to the game. And since Slashbacks are harder to do (weird input + tight timing), I´ll love to see wakeup SB's on AC. If the game allows you to wake up and coutner poke immediatly with a parry, you can make your mindgames even stronger. Throws/Command throws on okizemes will become a really powerful tool. It´s just my opinion, but that system allows a better risk/reward situations.

  22. I hate you guys. Don't kill my dreams of having some hottie japanese girlfriend that owns everybody with Jam. ----- gm6p: Chill out dude. I agree with ryoko in a few points. He/She doens´t go for max damage combos, and He/She does some really weird shit (s.D just to sit down and charge?!). His/Her chojin resets totally suck. He/She's an average japanese arcade player, but he's far from being Mike/Ka2. The combos are not that bad, he/she has nice reactions to mindgames and counter pokes, but too many mistakes to say that's a crazy Jam. PS: If you´ve just registered here to insult people, you have picked the wrong forum.

HS, TK 236+K (frc), j.S, j.D, jc.HS (1 hit), 236+HS (CH), dash 2+HS, j.S, j.HS (1 hit), 236+HS (CH), j.S, 236+HS (CH), j.S, j.D, [236+K (frc), j.D] x3, jc.D, 623+S If you want it useful instead of flashy, just finish it after the last SW with a BR for a knockdown. I´ve also tryed it on Testament, but you have to connect the 2nd SW sithout the j.HS. It´s nothing really new, but looks cool.
  24. Mmm, any info against the little vampire? I have problems dealing with teleport cancel and his dandy step follow ups. It´s pretty hard to setup a command throw, since they can scape with the teleport cancel and smash you right in the face for a nice combo. Also, i found almost imposible to hit Slayer from the air, his s.P / 6+P / 2+S beats pretty much everythin from any angle. I try to poke being as sabe as posibble with a far S / 2+S, then react to Slayer moves. It doesn´t seem to work very well tough. So, any tips?
