I can tell you from experience that Aaku's 5A beats Seth's 2A for some dumb reason... Anti air I usually try for is the launcher 3C... comes out a little slow though... if anyone has anything better do tell.

I think you did the right thing by leaving it as is, Vandy. There are potentially players who have bought/are planning on buying plane tickets and such to get out here potentially just for one game. Last minute changes don't sound like a good idea to me. Plus changing/switching this with the Persona players now would only be a slap to the face for those guys. I bet a lot of Persona players are really excited for it to be on Saturday. Honestly, you don't need to defend your decision. People should not complain and expect a change this close to the event. Had they complained 6 months ago when you announced it and a change could have been actually reasonable? Sure go for it. It's not like you or anyone else could have foreseen the interest in GG go up though. It would be silly to plan around a what if. But anyone complaining now only adds pointless stress and frustration to the TO's, so I'm sorry to hear that.

I'll be much more inclined to travel to stuff if I feel more competent at my skills in a given game. I'm actually putting forth more effort to learn them this time around, so once KiT comes and goes I'll be able to better gauge how I feel about traveling to others. Possibly later in the year of 2014 I'll be feeling more confident. But as of right now, I don't want to spend money to travel only to get my ass beat. I want to at least feel on par :P

Fighting Games you definitely want to travel for: Define "travel" ... Not a lot for me right now. Maybe BBCP, but I probably wouldn't bother going for any further than an hour or two away for it. Would be more likely to travel once I feel more comfortable with it, and preferably at least one other game. (Xrd!) Majors you want to travel to for 2014: N/A ... I'll be at KiT though if that counts. Versus games you want to play at MTNG's: CP, Picking up Gear right now, so that in a few weeks or so. I wouldn't mind KoFXIII if there's still interest. Non-Versus Games you're playing for fun right now: Hmm... I assume this question is relevant to stuff that can be ran at MTN? If so, nothing. If you're just curious as to what I play other than fighters... right now PIRATES CREED IV and Need for Speed Rivals. PS4 arcade games like Resogun every now and then... She can crouch under your grab, and your command grab. (May need further testing on the command grab, but I'm like 80% sure.) Flash Kick. All. Day. That's your best option. Anytime Tao is doing a drive move... FLASH KICK. Anytime Tao is doing a cross up.... FLASH KICK. Just try not to get baited and she can't keep pressure on you due to it.

Might be a slightly off topic question... But of those of you who play Gear, who would you say is the most "Kagura-like" character? I was sort of thinking Order Sol, but I have a pretty limited knowledge on GG, and would like to pick it up more for Xrd.

It's sooooo hard to get out of the corner pressure. I had some luck with delayed techs and delaying the flash kick... but if you do it too much you get so baited you look like a fool. :[ This is definitely a hard matchup. 6C can land through a few of her jump ins... it's just pretty hard to time and the spacing can really screw you up...
