  1. Well sometimes lines get mixed up with AFK players, and sometimes you want the W/L to be visible when you crush an opponent. Or be crushed.
  2. Man i want CSE Lambda colors for Nu. Want my aqua blue color 3 =| Also any word on what color 22 and 24 look like?
  3. Why does everyone in CP mash so much? I can't even run up to someone and jump with mu, while covered by laser pressure, without getting a laser hit traded for a 2B or something. GGs to the players that fueled my 16 win streak with Nu. Shoutouts to crimson for mu mirrors where my lowblocking decided to malfunction =_= (I swear my fingers hate me after playing long sessions)
  4. Well netplay seems to know what i want when it comes to severe lag. I don't need to lagswitch. Lag gets extreme whenever my opponent lands a fatal or p1:100 lv4 starter. But when it comes to nu combos now, man all these 22As. a bit of lag will fuck me over.
  5. Netplay. That one to two frames of lag really screws you up :|
  6. I do them perfect at my (tiny) offline scene though. Its just netplay and that maybe 1 to 2 frames per second difference of lag.
  7. I mean that I drop all the possible combos on netplay. GGs game
  8. I can do so many good combos, but I'm still free in matches. Wryyyyy
  9. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qAWc0QMt4m4
  10. I love people that mash 5A though. It makes life a lot easier when I play mu and the steins combo for themselves when i dash forward and IAD back to bait a 5A. And then the other player eats 1.5K from 2 charged steins and 2 small ones.
  11. I'll play. I'd do commentary instead but >please try not to swear too much. GGs middle school habits from like 6 years ago.
  12. exactly the time frame I'll be on the road OTL
  13. it needs proper placement. You don't just immediately gatling tachi, you have to sometimes delay it.
  14. man netplay. Im getting too old for this shit =_= ggs to DocterNK shoutouts to tsu for 5A mashing on wakeup And mcshadow, you somehow got disconnected. Fun fact, they still use the same "your opponent has disconnected" window from CSE despite other menus changing.
  15. When do I get 4B reversal back ;~; #whensCP2
  16. But they are good players overall. Nu herself isn't too amazing. With the game sped up and the recovery on her whiffs not sped up, its like they WANT nu to be a rushdown character now.
  17. Well yeah, lambda gets great combos with meter, but I can easily hit a meterless 4 to 5K with nu now.
  18. You just play overdrive with a character attatched though. You can always do Shippu loops. (Ok just kidding about this part) I have to 22A buffer between every attack to every 3 attacks. Its not easy on the fingers. There is more 22 pressing than a good CSE platinum player does, and I was impressed with people that could do 22C>RC reps in CSE with platinum.
  19. Unless its off a fatal and you get a low 2DD hit, you'll want to go for a 6A or skip the 22A and go for 6C[Luna] or 236D[Dia]
  20. Man I've seen nothing but the nerf bat since CT. I can't wait to see what they do to nerf my character next #whensCP2 But GGs to the people I played. I'm getting too old for this shit =_=. I can't do even basic combos right now.
  21. First off here is my proposed notation format, as in what I'll be using to keep track of it better myself: [start Mode]Combo[End Mode](Damage, Heat gain/Heat used/Net Gain or loss {If this section is known, otherwise omit it}) ~22A or 22A~ :Buffer the input with advanced input {Hold the button for the next attack 5 frames or less from when it should come out} (Like 5DD>236D~22A~5DD) >22A or 22A> :Modechange after the move is over. (Like legacy edge>22A>2366C) |Input| :Delay the move a bit Nu Corner Oki Combos: (Oki Options) 236D[Luna]>2B/3C/4B/CrushTrigger 22A>214A[Dia]>3C/4B/Backdash 22A~3C>|214A|[Dia]>3C/4B/Backdash 22A>TK Crescent Feint[Dia]>3C/4B/Backdash/Back Airdash/Forward Airdash (All combos are meterless with optional 25 heat but you can replace the meterless ender with the classic OD ender after 236D[Luna] or 6A>TK Super after the 236C) [Dia]4B>TK Crescent>3C>(Optional Crush Trigger)>236D~22A~5DD>2DD>6C>236D>236C>5C/6A>2C>623C>Oki Options [Dia]3C~22A~6A>4B>2DD>214D~22A~236D~22A~5DD>2DD>6C>236D>236C>5Cx8>2C>623C>Oki Options [Dia]j.662C>66B>5Cx8>4B>2DD>214D~22A~236D~22A~5DD>2DD>6C>236D>236C5Cx8>2C>623C>Oki Options [Luna]4B>(Optional 2DD, character specific?)>TK Crescent>5DD>(6DD)>2DD>214D~22A~236D~22A~5DD>2DD>6C>236D>236C>5Cx8>2C>623C>Oki Options [Luna]2B>2C>236B~22A~5Cx8>236D~22A~5DD>2DD>6C>236D>236C>5Cx8>2C>623C>Oki Options [Luna]3C>236B~22A~6A>5C>236D>6A>6C>236D>236C>5Cx8>2C>623C>Oki Options These are obvious combos that most nu players are probably already using, but its nice to have documentation. They are fairly simple and I've squeezed out what damage i could without using gravity or any distortions in the combos. Edit: Fixed some incorrect and missing notations that i didn't catch my first time typing it up.
  22. oh yeah, i keep forgetting that j.2B isn't an overhead. And i had a combo for OTG cancelled j.2B with amane too. anyways using amane against nu, i'll say that IADing with nu is not a good idea. a simple 5C stops that. Your best bet is to bait out a 5C and do a running 5D with nu, throw out random 6Ds to condition your opponent to not use that command jump, and a few 4Ds is never a bad idea. This honestly isn't a hard matchup for nu. ----------------------------------------------------- Ok after playing a few matches against a good amane, here is my overview: "his" tools: 2C (Long range ground attack) 3C (Long reach low and fast) 5C (Long Range Antiair) Command Floats (Escape option for whiffed 5Ds and normals) 236D~C 5D/j.6D 5B/j.B Your Tools: [Dia] 236D 665D 4D 6D 6A sj. Rising j.B [Luna] 236B/C 5/4/6D 6A Overview: Amane wants to be Near fullscreen distance, but a tiny bit closer. He will be trying to nail you with 2Cs and 236D~Cs from fullscreen, and if you try to approach him he will have his B attacks and 5C to prevent it. The best way to play this matchup is to look for these moves and punish appropriately: Amane | Nu 5C | 665D/4D 2C | 4D 236D~C | 4D Command Floats | 6D Jump ins (if any amane is that dumb) | 6D/6A
  23. lambderps was definitely better at setups but nu gets better damage this time around. (not counting that BS 10.5K combo i found with lambda that only works on platinum)
  24. here is a combo for a tachi counter. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pr51HN-s8sM
