Just tested it and it does around 3160 damage just as 214C version. And you still get 214A oki so going for AD combo is not a bad choice. B section looks good so far, I did not test all of them though but picked that one's that looked interesting. C starter close to corner, #4 5C CH (Max Range) > 66 6B > Sekkajin > 66 6C > DC > 214A > 44 (Delayed) 5C > DP B > 66 6A > 3C > 214C (3363/47) 66 6B is probably a typo ([a.]close to) [b.]corner, reposting this 5C > 6C > [a.]DC > 623B > ([a.]66) 6C ([b.]delayed) > 5C > 6C > 623C > 5B > 5C > 2C > hj.D > AD > j.2C > j.C > 66 5B 3C > 214C (4560?/TBA) 2B > 5C > 3C > 214A > 3C > 214A (4605/65 heat) It's also possible to do 5A pick up but if I remember correctly but you have to omit the AD part for 4200+ damage.

I see. Just wondered 'cause I have yet to cross a combo where 5B > 2B > 5C > 3C > 214A doesn't work.

Looked through the updated A starter combos Any particular reason why some combos end with 5B > 3C > 214A instead of 5B > 2B > 5C > 214A? Like the first combos of 5A / 2A where they do exactly the same damage as 3C > 214C ender.

I'd avoid practicing DP loop on Valk, Makoto, Rachel or Relius. Go for Hazama or Lambda, they feel like they're the most comfortable to do on. Probably why I enjoy EX Jin so much. Now if we get Hiyoku damage back I'm all happy. Seriously I don't know what to dowith all the heat.

You guys nuts? Jin has so many good colors. I don't understand why people stick with one. There are default, red, white, black, yellow, purple, brown, zombie, shadow, ky, CT yellow and the most recent his DLC green/red Menace is talking about.

Jin's combo flexibilty might lack mid screen but in the corner there are so many options. It's strange but I like EX Jin the most, despite the fact I started to main him in CS. And it's like every Jin CMV has to end with an Astral.

@Solex - Those guys aren't that bad. Except for Ragna, god so many Ragnas. Don't know how it is going to be over there though but seeing as Japan and Europe (yeah, Europe) are full of Ragnas... Anyway my fellow Jin's. I've got something for you to toy around with. Double air-dash combo an inspired Tsubaki combo, ha! Never seen it before but that might just be me. It covers a great distance, much like 'good old' 6C > 5C > 6C. Works of an anti air 5C counter and 2C fatal. Anti air, mid screen CH 5C/FC 2C > IAD > falling j.2C > 5C > 2C > j.D > AD stuff, does around 3.2k damage of 5C if you happen to land in the corner you can end the combo with 5B > 3C > 623B > 6A > 3C > 214A > (3C > 214C) for 3.5k damage and from p2 to corner: CH 5C/FC 2C > IAD > falling j.2C > 5C > 6C > 623B > 66 6C > 6D > IAD > 66 5B > 5C > 3C > 214A > (3C > 214C) for 3.8k damage (5C version and 214C added) Big question mark for practical use, looks stylish for me. Might end up being combo vid material only but meh, give it a try.

I confirm that it indeed works on Haku-Men. Only works of a plain 6C, 5C CH pushes him way too much back. It's freaking hard though and following up is ass. - Out of 10 I could connect j.2C twice - 5C > 6C > air combo would be possible but, they're too high for j.C > 214A Couldn't think of any other options, since you basically hit with the tip of 5C. It might be possible to 5C > 623B > RC but I thought of this just now, lol. Other than that I think it's only combo vid material. Edit: forgot something to mention that I tried it on Tager, Rachel and Relius as well, but no luck on them.

So... it's the lower hit box that got nerfed beside its attack level or how is it that standing Tager combo doesn't work anymore?

Wow, that's working? I was using the standard route. Somewhat like 6A > RC > 5C > 6C > j.C > 214 > 44 5C > 623B > stuff. Now I've got something to work on, lol.

I found myself more often than not losing the match because Tager's too high for 623C to hit. Then again the combos never came from 6C > DP loop more like 5B / D DP starter. Need to check that again. On another note 623B > 6B is not that useless. Big question if it you really want to use it in a match though. Near corner 6A starter: 6A > RC > 5C > 6C > DC > 623B > 66 6B > 214A > stuff = 3.8k damage It's better than 6C > j.C damagewise but ehh, have fun if you're to far away and 6B whiffs.
