You should be more proactive. Hell, if you want to play UNIEL or Aquapazza, all you have to do is ask~~~. :3 -

It turns out that H-F Blade and Orrax want to come through on Saturday for that XXXrd, so I figure I should open it up. We should have three setups here, so we should be OK unless a bunch more people show up, then someone might want to bring one. People can start showing up at 7ish, and if you show up earlier, you'll probably be regret as you'll just be stuck playing me in Aquapazza. And about that UNIEL... anyone? Anyone? Bueller? -

Rath, thanks for running the event and putting up with us idiots. Go body some frauds for everyone in AZ at NEC. How the hell did I miss the DBFC tournament? RIP. Shoutouts to everyone who put up with my awful play in UNIEL. I'm too old for this shit. :p -

I have no problem hosting -- my issue has been more trying to figure out what would be best for people coming, since it seems like everyone's schedule is discomboublated due to the holiday. I also think that Tempered has to work most of the weekend -- I'll ask him what makes sense for him once he wakes up. Playing me in UNIEL would probably be a detriment to your performance at NEC, though. D: -

I thought this was already known, as they didn't work in the JP demo and I would imagine it's an identical build minus the English text and voiceovers. I suspect it's not in the initial release at all, if only because ArcSys was made aware of their existence at too late of a juncture. The absolute best case scenario here is that support gets added in a day one patch, and frankly I wouldn't expect PS3 sticks to work at all because :arcsys:. -

Baiken... in Xrd... with guard cancels and YRCs... no thanks!!! The UNIEL and UMvC3 numbers are bit a both, honestly. MB has always done very well at NEC and Summer Jam had about 100 for UNIEL, so UNIEL getting strong numbers isn't too much of a shock. That and UMvC3 is deader than disco. -

It's a very... uh... streamlined game. Honestly, the genre could use something like that (that and the waifu pull is way too real), but I can see people with any significant experience with other games not liking it. ...and I still somehow manage to drop Shana combos (which are literally AAAAAA xx fire stuff xx super). Maybe I should take up knitting instead. Fake fake edit: I'm hosting today, from about 7PM until Tempered kicks everyone out. Dunno who here wants to come by and play UNIEL, but there it is. Bring copies of DBFC to annoy H-F Blade with. -

This is a great example of a total miscommunication on the Internet. I completely forgot about my reaction to that floor bounce glitch and thought it was about the other conversation we had a while back. To be fair, what happened there really was bullshit. -

Can I play a fighting game casually once in my goddamn life?!? (No.) This comment irked me more than it really should, heh -- but sometimes it really is just best to cut bait on a failed endeavor. -

I didn't figure UAT was available that late! Well, that probably makes more sense then. Although I kind of figured people would go eat after the UNIEL tournament and then from there, who knows. Damn, I'm going to have to practice Eltnum combos in both UNIEL and MB HDR. -

Rath, so that you're aware Tempered and I plan on going to UAT for UNIEL but we won't be there at 6. I have to get him from work right around then -- we'll probably be 10-15 minutes late (thankfully, he works close to UAT). A couple of people were asking about casuals at my place after the tournament and I'm OK with that. If anyone is fiending for even more games after UAT you can come by and we'll probably have games until Tempered throws everyone out. -

Don't know if anyone cares, but if people want to come by for casuals tomorrow night, I'm open for bizness. UNIEL, P4AU, Ehrgeiz, whatever. Maybe I'll even practice some UNIEL stu--oh who am I kidding. -

Even if you're a 15-year-old girl from Japon who thinks she has magical powers and is looking for games of Melty Blood, Breaker's Revenge or Ehrgeiz? Asking for... uh... a friend. Of a friend. Of a cat. -

I'll probably be hosting this Friday again barring any unforseen circumstances (like Tempered's illness really being Ebola). Contrary to popular belief, you can actually play P4AU here without me yelling at you like an old man (just don't try playing UMvC3...). -

Dunno if anyone cares, but apparently Orrax is coming up to Phoenix this weekend... and the late version of some fighting game based off a dating sim or some shit came out this week. I'm not sure on the details there. If people want to come by my place on Friday night for UNIEL or P4AU, come through. Be aware that I only have one setup with P4AU on it, so someone's probably going to have to bring another PS3 (or at least a copy of the game). Or maybe this is all an elaborate plan to bait everyone into playing Melty Blood or Aquap*ow*. -

If people actually played DBFC, I would be tempted to ironically play Kirino... but I don't think I can make myself do that. Or maybe it's a sign that a younger, asshattier version of me would love her... and that thought makes me want to peel the skin from my body. You could power the entire house here from all the wats from that video. Wat. -

I don't know why, but the random non-Persona items in that picture (like the Dreamcast controller pillow or the tapestry of the Sorceress from Dragon's Crown) crack me up. -

Ryd should enjoy this (or maybe it's actually him). As for hosting in the near future, that's indeterminate -- I need to talk to Tempered. May as well gather some information, though: how many people would rather have sessions on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday? I suspect with school starting up again, I suspect Thursday is going to make less sense for people. -

Just a heads up: Tempered has some scheduling issues at work the next couple of weeks and I am still hating life, so the odds of there being any sessions at my place this week or next are pretty much 0%. Hey, Arizona took two of the top five spots in Chaos Code at Evo this year! (And it probably would have been two of the top three if I wasn't such a lazy fuck.) -

Honestly, I wasn't originally planning on hosting this week as some stuff came up, but that seems to have been addressed. Tempered is OK with it and the hunger seems to be real enough, so I guess people are coming by tonight. Sorry about the late notice, but I wasn't really planning on it until very recently. Who wants to play Aquapa*gets shanked* Don't you live about 3 feet from here? That ended up being the day most people are available. Trust me, I'm pretty sure I like hosting on Thursdays less than you do. D: -

Another Thursday, another excuse for all the In-Birth you can handle. You may not know what you're doing, but that's OK -- no one else does. If it's not clear, Tempered and I are hosting another session for UNIEL tomorrow night.
