Indeed he was, but he wasn't the absolute monster he was in reload. That being said I don't think he's ever been truly bad; and thus neither will Relius.

Guys, it's only been what 2-3 days since Relius has come out. Already we're seeing decent combos and legit unblockables on wakeup. He's obviously going to become much better over time once people start to figure him out more. His character design is far too good for him to be bad. Also, CT Rachel was lol.

Relius should have a special intro with all of the cast, because he's just that boss. I also wanted him to have a backhand which has special spinning properties on the female members of the cast; he's gotta keep that pimp hand strong.

Those changes to BBL and frog make me kinda sad. Then I remember that j.2c is air cancellable and everything is happy again. I'm sure she'll be fine, we just need to wait and see how this pans out. Edit: That being said I really hope the damage nerf isn't that severe. It's not like she was cranking out absolutely absurd numbers in CS2 anyway. (kinda)

I suppose we could cover the basics and core fundamentals of playing Rachel with a video done before CSX, seeing as her CSX incarnation hasn't changed dramatically. After the update we could always do another video on more advanced techniques and what new options/tricks her changes have opened up for her.

I'm all for this. But, wouldn't it be better to wait for CSX? Seeing as it hits arcades this month and we should hopefully be getting it by December.

Confusing statement is confusing. I also use 4b quite a bit, 60% of the time it works 100% of the time.
