Back flip? Hirentotsu? You should do it with dashes now. lol
-
I've never played MvC3 so I don't know how easy the combos are in Marvel. And I believe Wuku told me it was easier than CS2. I don't see any reason it should be harder. I mean what property could have changed to make it a harder link? I've seen Japanese Hazamas doing it the same way I would do in CS2 and the visual cues are exactly the same. j.6D was definitely harder in CS1 so I think the trend follows.

Not sure if serious. PRFArmy is one of the best Hakumen players. His game plan is based on yomi and using Hakumen's abillities to mind fuck the opponent. Valk is not a yomi style character. If he was a tier whore, he wouldn't be playing Hakumen in CS2 where he was low tier and still beating the shit out of Makoto players. Galileo, yes he did. But he converted from Tager so I don't blame him. Playing Tager in any game except Extend makes you cry.

Fuck. I keep quoting myself instead of editing.

wtf? Everyone told me it's easier in CSX. And the dash is pretty easy. The timing is just like the 5A > 5B loop on crouching Hakumen and Tager. I think I did 5 Hirentotsu loops with dashes in between every single one in CS2. It's a VERY short hold. If I could be more specific, I would say about how long you hold D to get a level 3 214B~D with Makoto but even less.

Can't wait for my 100% ranked win rate in CSE.
-
Instead of trying to do the conventional TK (21478), do 8214 instead. It will get you back to neutral and the combo will work. You also won't get super jump j.B anymore.
-
No one came to play with me. I hate you all I made another alt and went to 200 PSR at least...
-
PRFArmy? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. He was like the greatest Hakumen ever
-
I wanna netplay
-
What I do is hold 5C like I would with Makoto's drive and then 2C then 8214B.
-
No problem. I just wished we could get a video out before CSE but people are lazy so I can't help it.
-
Sorry but bursts are not legitimate reasons for not going for optimal combos. And yes it is. I've seen them get very good mixups off of it and nearly every Haz in the business does it now.

Any starter into super (Considering you only used one normal before the Houtenjin should give the same combo possibilities in most cases). Now as for actual combos, I'm going to base these off videos and my own knowledge because I have yet to touch BBCSEX. Midscreen: Since CS2 relaunch is mostly dead, the combo is broken down to its CS2 easy mode version. Normal > Houtenjin > optional dash Zaneiga Lv2 > 6C > dash 5C (both hits) > jc > j.Cx5 > land 2C > 4D~D > j.B > j.Cx2 > jc > j.Cx5 Now if you want to go into pro relaunch level combos for CSX, it's this: Normal > Houtenjin > optional dash Zaneiga Lv2 > 6C > dash 5C (both hits) > jc > j.Cx5 > dash and 2C > Hirentotsu loop (Again, I don't have the game so I'm not sure how many you can do) > 4D~D > j.B > j.Cx2 > jc > j.Cx5 tbh I'm not exactly sure in what situations j.6D link works because I've seen it being done the CS2 style but no one seems to be doing it so I think it's the proration or something. Not sure. As for corner combos: 5C > 3C > Jabaki > 66C > dash 5C > 2C > Hirentotsu Loop x N > 5C > flash kick > 3C > Mizuchi for combo ender and damage. I believe the combo itself pays for the Mizuchi but correct me on that if I'm wrong. 5C > 3C > Jabaki > 66C > dash 5C > 2C > Hirentotsu Loop x N > 5C > flash kick > 5C > flash kick for hard knockdown and oki Corner heat combos come in two separate sets: 1. You switch sides. 2. You don't switch sides. I'm honestly not sure which version is better. Theoretically, the one where you switch sides is superior but many people opt to choose the second option for some reason. Might be that the link is harder or the combo is harder in general if you do the side switch. Side switch: 5C > Houtenjin > 214D~C > switch side 6C > 5C > 2C > TK Hirentotsu > dash 5C > 2C > 6D~A > Jakou (I'm not sure why they don't add a 4D~A after the 6D~A though. Makes no sense to me) > 5C > 2C > TK Hirentotsu loop x N > 5C > 2C > Flash kick > 3C > Mizuchi Again someone correct me if I got that last part wrong. The non side switch version is just the watered down version of that where you do TK Hirentotsu loops a buncha time and then maybe one or two flash kicks and then 3C > Mizuchi

My Tager has never been rage quitted on since CS2.
-
My combo is just a combo that involves more of the loop. I never bothered expanding the combo or trying out new things but I know that I can get nearly 100 heat from it and if I can, I can even add a rapid mizuchi at the end. Which means a 100% heat combo with about 5k damage that comes from 0 heat.

tbh I stole your colors. I steal mash colors when I'm playing ranked. But my color is actually the non-DLC pink color just FYI. As for the IB thing. When I play Tager , I IB nearly 80% of the hits. Offline, I do Axis level IB believe it or not. However, in some connections (that might not be necessarily laggy for combos), the IB timing is completely off. Mash ended up being disconnected after the fourth match so you should get a picture. And Sahgren is from CA and we had a 1 bar (Although our connection was fantastic for how far away we are from each other). I also do IB as Hazama. Maybe you could look at some of my old Hazama matches. I appreciate the comments. -
Can't wait to rape CSX ranked with Tager. I'm coming for that 280 PS- oh wait. I'm coming for that 800+ PSR.

Might be but when someone describes it, I think the first thing they would mention about hitconfirming is what you tried to do when you land a random hit. It's sorta different from getting a hit and doing the first few hits right but then going to a completely non optimal combo path. -

1- At first, I honestly thought I hit her standing when I hit 5B. Look again at the moment I hit her with 5B. Then muscle memory took over and I cancelled into 2C ;_; 2- I don't know. 3- Curse you 2C hitbox ; w ; Also, I don't think that's what KF meant. These are hitconfirmings not combo optimization. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_AvVTOiuU0M Now here's a match from today. I only saved the first match of the set cause I kept mashing X and cancelling the save and Mash totally rage quit on me the last match -

1- I know. Being a Hazama main, it's hard to stay on the ground. I'll adjust to that. 2- I wanted to do the setup in a combo vid and do crossup DID > rapid gold burst but lag got me an empty jump and a DbD. lol 3- lol 4- I know. I panicked. So many times I was gonna 2C fatal but misread the recovery on the moves and didn't get anything for it at all or died cause I got counter hit. By optimal combos you mean instead of 5D(2) CID, do 5C > DID stuff? Or... I dunno. I thought I was doing optimal stuff to my knowledge. I guess I have to look at the combo thread again. Although I'm quite sure that ID > 2C > stuff > 6A > TK Beliel Edge is optimal. Well thanks. edit: There http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DzSL7mbcoI#t=7m37s -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IB3_rBTk8wI Connection with CA. Not bad I guess. Better than the one I had with Mash today ;__; -
That's the greatest advice I've heard in a while. Edit: wtf it said I can't post for 44 seconds and yet I posted...

CS2 corner combo which all you Hazamas should be doing: 5C > 3C > Jabaki > 66C > dash 5C > 6C > dash 5C > 2C > TK Hirentotsu > 5C > 2C > TK Hirentotsu > 5C > 2C > TK Hirentotsu > 5C > 2C > TK Hirentotsu > 5C > 2C > j.Cx2-4 > Hirentotsu If you're not doing that, shame on you.
