Man, if you think that's "Noel Rage", you ain't seen me raging, lol. Plus most spammy Noels I saw (which I actually looked down on doing, because it's dumb to try like that), didn't even use 5D. They all wound up spamming j.4D, which I learned pretty early on in the series was a bad idea.

Don't you be talking up that "mash D with Noel and get 5k" crap, maaan. Mashing D was and still is so easily punishable that if people couldn't figure out how to avoid or block it, they kinda deserved to lose that 4.5k. And it's funny you say Bullet's what Noel should've been (though Noel appears to very much so be faster and get damage off random hits" because I'm actually thinking of trying her as a secondary when the game comes out.

I can actually sympathize with you on that one kind of. My only real major complaint about CS2 (aside from all the headaches I got trying to work out that damned Haida Loop) was that a lot of the time when I'd win or whatever, be it on PSN or not, I'd get bitched out about how "you only won because you used cheap ass Noel!" and I'd wind up snapping at them sometimes over how I've "been using her since CT".

My personal feeling is that CS1 has been far and away my least favourite version of the game. Man...that was a dark dark time for us. Then CS2 came out and I got super hyped and happy, then CSX came out and it felt much more balanced to me (whether it actually was isn't the point I'm trying to make, mind you), and CP just looks so fresh and awesome. I don't even mind having to re-learn Noel every single time, because I usually get some enjoyment out of it. And I swears I heard something about Marvel being more legit than BB but...I give you guys more credit than THAT.

All I've really got to say is you guys better represent and kick some ass at NEC. Otherwise, I'll be very disappointed in you, lol.

Because last I checked you don't play Noel, Hazama, or Makoto and as such haven't appreciated their changes or the awesomely sweet looking new Noel combos?

Apparently from what I've heard they had the music volume on like 3 and the sound effects on 7, which explains the super loudness of them. Other than that, his head better be hurt from having his mind blown.

The new Noel combos make me smile now. Like 3.6k meterless midscreen off of a throw? Yes please.
