Speaking of Bang Kaeru, I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to specifically, but I remember hearing something like different Bang seals are mapped to different Distortions so that it's not so much how many you have but whether you have the appropriate one for that Distortion. I could be wrong as it came from someone's rough Japanese translation, but it's an interesting mechanic. Also, somehow Hazama seems to get stronger each game despite me thinking they're trying to avoid that.

Yeah, it's odd in a sense, but it...how do I put it, doesn't look like it actually comes out as slow as it looks like it does. They've been changing it each game it seems. And from the 2 videos of Noel play I've seen it looks like either Revolver Blast has a j.2D follow-up that sends the opponent to the ground, or her normal j.2D just does.

Gotta admit, Bibi's haterade on BBCP is a bit surprising. It seems really good, crisp, and smooth to me. And holy hell at Noel's 2D reach, and d.5B wallbouncing.

Just one question to the MTL crew and that. Are you guys checking in at the hotel and dropping your stuff off before going to Gety or after? I was just curious since your estimated arrival time of 9-10ish is semi-close to my bus's ETA of 9:55, so I figured if that's what you guys were doing I could meet you there and hold the fort down while you guys go to the arcade as opposed to waiting a couple hours in the hotel lounge (which I'd manage, I have a couple books to read and a DS I'm bringing). If you're going straight to Gety, that's cool and I'm sure I can find something to do in the meantime.

I believe it's also technically in Thorn Hill, correct? And I know I'm kind of being redundant, but if any of the Montreal people associated with the thing that DerQ brought up as a possibility with their permission could let me know as soon as at all possible if there's anything I could do to make things work out (such as helping to pay for entry fee into an event, food, etc), it would be beyond appreciated. If not, I'll understand as you're obviously busy preparing and no hard feelings.

I was going to say that when I meant 28-30 from the hotel to Gety I meant kilometres and not minutes walk, but yeah, you were talking about from your hotel to where T13 is. I agree the morning one wouldn't be that bad theoretically (of course, for me that depends entirely on you guys, which is why I'm talking in theory) considering I'll just have a backpack (well, that I'd take there, my bag would obviously stay behind during tourney) and that I'm bringing a GPS and printing out map/directions for the "just in case". And truthfully, I'd probably just taxi back at like 11-ish or something since on account of something happening Sunday morning I gotta deal with, I'll have to be up at like...5:30-5:45 AM or something, lol.

Well...in really crappy news, apparently my ride now all of a sudden DOESN'T have access to a car and I'll have to try and find other means when my bus gets in at like...10 tomorrow night. So pretty much, I need some transportation within the city. Not going to ask you guys to go out of your way to make additional trips and pick me up or stuff (since you gave fair warning, even if it would be appreciated once or twice and would pay a bit for additional gas or help with the driver's entry fee or something), but if there's ever an instance where say only 2 or 3 people are going somewhere that is close and not out of the way it'd all be good. Though, after my bus gets in, with the hotel being I think...2km tops from the bus station (assuming the hotel is the one on Peter Street), I can taxi there after I get off the bus and just meet you guys at the hotel. Hm, dunno where I'm really going with this semi-ramble bit, but saying "hey, this is where I'm at now". Edit: Er, I guess it's the Dundas St. East one not the Peter Street one, my bad.

So you guys are going to Gety tomorrow night after you get in? If you guys have an idea of when that'd be, I can try to meet you there.
