@Callisto: I used to post on SRK somewhat, but I can only take so many SSF4 fanboys in one sitting. I went to GGA once before, but didn't really do much. As far as tomorrow looks, I might not be able to make it out. My only ride out to Ignite just got a flat, and won't be able to replace it for a few days. Unless a miracle ride shows up, I'm NAH.

Jin's 2D is +1 or 2 on block, I forget. You're not really at a disadvantage until someone IB's it. If you were doing a blockstring as Jin (which I'm assuming is the char you're referring to), you'd be better off continuing pressure with: d.2A/5A, 5B > stuff, stuff > TK ice blade, etc. Make people respect your 2D, especially since it takes a primer now. I just spilled all dem Jin trade secrets

I usually go for that same combo in/near the corner, midscreen I'll just follow up with: d.5B > 5C > sj.D > 5B > 3C > 214x or set up a reset, there's not a whole lot of room to combo off of a CH 623C.

Pretty much everything that Solex posted. CSX Jin is a pretty big transition from the babying that ASW gave us Jin mains in terms of a "jack of all trades" character. I wouldn't even put Jin under that archetype anymore to be honest.
