It sucks, but, I guess that's the loophole they are playing. They could make the announcement any time at all and still be correct, since they just said "after the tournament".

A while back, there was supposed to be some "good news" announcement, but that got delayed because of Dengeki Bunko. With there being an announcement set for after Over the World is done, I can't imagine that it isn't the postponed news.

Considering how they have Nanase, who (to my knowledge at least) was never finished and implemented into the roster beyond an idle animation, i'd moreso be expecting her than Wagner (or in addition to Wagner or something, but Nanase is rather likely as she'd be easier to finish than starting something from the ground up).

My only point there was that I hoped he was joking because Kagura didn't need to be banned before, and certainly didn't need to be banned now. I do think he'll probably move up a bit, but no higher than B, and I think he'll have a solid neutral game, but I feel like his combos overall will suffer.

This has to be a joke, right? - Bigger hurtbox in the air - 5C has less recovery but less damage, no stagger, knocks airborne opponents away a shorter distance, and less untech - 6A lost gatling to 6B and isn't special cancelable - 6C lost damage, lost head invul, and doesn't knock them into the air as much now - Yeah, stances can be followed up faster, but air stance cancel now takes way too long just like the ground one. The stance "cancel" is about the same as just waiting for the pose to run out - Sairingeki leaves him in air stance, which means he has to spend the time coming down to attack - Ryuugajin untech cut by 1/4! - Hiryuusengeki can only take 1500 damage from a projectile now instead of just eating them all along the way, because we can't have something beat projectiles while getting in - His Flash Sword has less combo time, who cares if it wall splats, especially on CH only? There are going to be so many better characters than Kagura, and you're asking for him to be banned?

I have a question that may or may not be simple. Why aren't there more fire users here? I mean, the only fire people we have are Yukiko, Shadow Labrys, and Junpei. Aigis uses fire in like one move, but i'm not sure she counts there, and Elizabeth uses everything, so she's exempt too.
