I actually did manage to get in. Loving Nash and Birdie, Cammy is a lot of fun too. Bison's alright, takes a little long to charge for me though. Ryu's just sort of whatever to me, and i've never liked Chun. They aren't in the build, but, Necalli looks great, and Ken actually looks fun. EDIT: Beta's closed indefinitely. This doesn't count as 1 of the 3 beta phases now, so there will be 3 more. There's going to be some sort of compensation for those who "participated" in this beta, but there's no way of knowing if that means actually playing matches, or just downloading and running it.

This error has something to do with the beta being at server cap, but, this cap must have a range of like 2 people, because no one's getting in. And it's absolute bullshit that i've had NO playtime despite spending pretty much every waking hour since it started trying to get in.

So, I fucking hate this beta, and Capcom. Like, there's no words. I'm so fucking pissed at their incompetence! I've been waiting since fucking 9PM on THURSDAY and it's 6:30PM on SATURDAY, AND I HAVEN'T GOTTEN TO EVEN GET PAST "PRESS ANY BUTTON" FOR 1 FUCKING MILLISECOND!!!!!! Fuck this failure of a company and failure of a beta so hard.

I imagine you have to be trolling. If not, you're completely mistaken. You're right in that they figured out their capacity, but, they didn't get to truly test the netcode between players, another heavily important aspect of testing the online. So, no, this is a failed beta in any capacity. EDIT: Actually, is there a feedback page? There's some other issues with the beta that i'd like to tell them about in the hopes it gets fixed for the full release.

I'm actually really feeling Necalli. Probably for the same reason I like Azrael I guess though, I just love the raw power macho guy sort of thing.

Actually, I just thought about it. I noticed there's an item for character slots. I have 12 characters at the moment. I wonder if i'll need to buy a slot. I also wonder if I erase my Berserker will it let me make an Asura in its slot, or will I need to buy another additional slot.

Everyone's got tastes, I don't mind the hate. I'd also like the option to change subclasses someday. I want to make my Berserker an Asura, and (when we get it) my Necromancer into a Kunoichi.

Steam's getting this Revised Edition rather quickly, on July 7 (directly competing with Yatagarasu). I wonder if i'm the only one here getting it or not. I really did love this game, it's just kind of odd, and even with how much I liked it, i'm not going to hold it up as some gem.

Seems the only difference in + and the original is that + has Arcade Mode, and received unspecified balance changes.

As long as the roster's diverse I guess. I'm just hoping for lots of fun, different characters. Sakura's different enough from Ryu that maybe this won't feel like clones.

I agree, but, in his V-Trigger, Ryu can definitely toss plasma for zoning, as they get a lot faster, do more damage, and multiple hits (which means they can't be blocked by those V-Skill projectile cancelling moves)

It's a link to Female Slayer. They just show her as a silhouette and refer to her as a "mysterious lady" though. Not sure if she's out or soon to come.
