  1. Apparently Bang is good vs Lambda too.
  2. I do and also seen him play against Yucorp's Haku and Lvl5's Tsubaki and Relius and many things made it seem that its not as bad as some may think.
  3. Tsubaki has 214D Hakumen doesn't give a damn about Projectiles, Most chracters with decent projectiles and control over the stage has less chance of getting lamed out. Okay I can 3C the ground spikes from a close distance, but I'll probably get CH'd because its netplay after all. Parry? Please everyone knows that you don't parry projectiles. All I have left is blocking and monopolize on a whiff. And apparently I have to block on prediction instead of reaction, which I don't find to be a legitimate thing. Either way, I have played good Lamdas offline and I know my grounds and know what to consider as bs or not. With all that said, this concludes my conversation on this matter. Netplay is netplay and will always remain netplay, hence why I shouldn't take any if this seriously. Conversation done. -Bibiquadium
  4. Except that other characters has better options against her. I could name them if I must. While Makoto has little to no options.
  5. If you can't get close to your prey, this renders as useless. The matchup is literally to get in her face, don't give her breathing space and once in the corner its GG, but if you fuck up you fuck up.
  6. I kind of have a general idea of the Lambda matchup, I just don't netplay enough to adapt to it. Or at least I believe so.
  7. It is until you have her in the corner, then it becomes 8-2 in Makoto's favor.
  8. You can just 2A 5B 6A 5B 5C 6C 214A~C~A for a knock down.
  9. Overall I was trying to block on reaction her 236B's while stuck the wheel and her 3C used in blockstrings but apparently that doesn't work. And when getting her from midscreen instead of going for the knockdown I'd just 5D and give her all the momentum back instead of staying in her face like I should. And Gold Bursts, well at least its gone in CP.
  10. Welp, that clearly explains very well why I hardly ever netplay. Since when is it impossible to block 236B on reaction in this game. So many free resets. And I don't parry. And let's not talk about Barrier, Barrier is a myth. Lambda is already a hard matchup but god damn, netplay makes it 8-2 or something. I wasn't taking the smartest decisions either so that didn't help me overall. Other than that, GGs I guess.
  11. Staying there doing nothing not even cutting her drives won't help you either, if you want to burst vs lambda do so during her 236C at least.
  12. Yeah stop playing scrubs like Moy
  13. So once I get my game I must beat 8.3k in a regular match? Challenge accepted.
  14. Tsubaki Guide by Level5-JeepChan Neutral Game Everywhere 623A - Did it hit? Yes: 236A 214D No: 623A Spacing 236D
  15. Way to be confident about yourself, you know your character plenty even though it may be shown differently by the way people talk about you.
  16. Kuroku without any doubt, he's like the swag Makoto player of Japan.
  17. We may not know each other very well, but as of today I'll be stalking this thread and make sure all goes well and within the topic, probably even mash buttons together eventually! That is all.
  18. I was told there wasn't enough Mods from Montreal. I'll be taking care of the BB gameplay section from now on!
  19. Neither are safe or useful at neutral. They leave you with too many openings and little reward.
  20. Then again every Makoto that I faced online didn't really knew how to play her, so I can't say it's something good to base yourself on. But that is for East Coast, idk about West Coast, hopefully I'll get surprised by a good one at EVO? Eshi doesn't count since he's East Coast. Anyway I shouldn't go there it never ends well.
  21. Saying that Makoto's pressure is easy shit makes me wonder what kind of Makoto you played. She may not have the best pressure in the game but she has many tricks up her sleeve and if you try to mash out you'll regret it eventually.
  22. I'll be there tomorrow you can feel free to pass by at any time.
