Back when we were talking about Litchi vs Carl the word Setplay came up a lot, and I asked Lordknight to explain this to me and he told me he couldn't - tweeted me back but I still didn't understand what it was since it was 140 characters. He says it a lot and I have no clue what this term means but it's heavily loaded. What is it? Anyways - this combo route I learned from watching LK, Mynus, and Vice-Taicho that looks like random button presses actually gets more damage when you starts from Raw 6D, which you can get after someone techs a 5A AA hit. I wonder what other situations I can create to get a 6D?

Last night was actually an improvement in how the game felt for me. This is good - but the game still is not meant to be played online as is. Blade has a good way of putting it. The faster or more complex you are moving the more room for error you get. There's only like two or three kinds of inputs that make Kire tatami forward work. Back is very easy for me - forward is very hard online. A proper unreactable TK youzansen is also like 1 input...also hard for me to use in pressure.

That is incredibly useful, especially in a forum where "You Just Have To Be Good" is used to describe matchups. This is a general thread. Go ahead and delete and rename it if you want to further stifle the handful people that still post in this forum and play the damn character with you guys. Ulness you would admit that you only want like 4 people to own the subforum and the rest can fuck off...I don't think it's that bad, though. (I've been let down before, though, for sure.) Anyways: Air unblockable and very active means people that neutral jump at some distances will be caught very easily. Very active also means it can be used for oki and to confuse their spacing. I'd post a jam vid with examples and compare to litchi's in CP but that's too much work since I can't find it. So yeah. I just gave you very useful information. Beats the hell out of "Juts beat him fast" and "You just have to be good".

The metro card DOES last me all year, but I am in eastern Suffolk county and have to hitch a ride out to central suffolk to catch a working train station. 32.50 from central suffolk into Penn station round trip. As for food - dude I have to eat or else I'm not eating from the time i get on the road at 9AM onwards...I gotta start feeling comfortable eating while at the arcade.

Finding out the last year of having and using this TV was messing me up doesn't erase the fact I'm still a bad player. Maybe it might fix some smaller problems with the game, but fact remains I still don't know how to actually play.

PS3 was displaying in 480 - TV display flips to 720 - So I set to 720 - tested 1080p (1080 mode don't look right but 720 mode comes into focus fine) Dude. I can Gunflame FRC consistently. I can j.d consistantly. My TV was always slower than Anime Club 50" or Next Level LG monitors, but now it's much closer. I can relearn Litchi timings since objects move differently now (the Screen SO MUCH BIGGER!) but GG has instant improvement. WOW. Plus all the UI stuff on PS3 is smaller and I can see full backgrounds now. Wow. I wonder what I can do from TV side? I think I set that up first, so I might not be able to do much as this IS a cheap flatscreen TV.

I changed my PS3 output settings and suddenly I can GAHN FUREIMU FRC It's like I'm in a different world now. Jeez. Why didn't I do this sooner?

I want more 2K confirms ( IDK how fucking vyers lands 2K so much...it's point black hitbox.) but I will not get them. I can't even get the same combos you talked about. Can't FRC tatami or j.D or do a proper JC j.p I don't want to say that my matches with Zidane of Mynus months ago went better than this garbage, but they did. And Frigging zidane was so bored of having me around he was looking for ANYONE else to come and ask me to leave and holding his head in his hands between matches... I'm tired of working on shit for so long and never getting to use it. This game has cost me tens of thousands of dollars in wasted life and student debt.. I want something in exchange for ruining my life further.

I tried working on stuff off awkward hits but didn't get anywhere with it today. People seemed to stop blocking me altogether early on. I need better ground vs bang. He controls too much space for me to block on ground and get hit as I downback. Then I can't DP or use a gatling. I dunno.

If it's anything like puffball it's very active and air unblockable. figure it out. do better.

Why do Gatling and combos that work fine in training mode don't work at all in a match? I haven't landed a single one. I asked people if my settings are right and they said it was fine. Is there a mechanic I don't know about? I'm tired of never being able use a gatling or basic bnb in a match.
